A Beer in the Mini Bar Wolldecke be good, After 12 h going by Bus

We arrived very early, and the receptionist was able to offer a room well before check in. That was very kind after a long bus journey. In general the customer service skills of the reception team at this hotel is exceptional; especially the lady on in the mornings, and the gentleman in the evenings. The room was fresh and modern, with a nice bed, linen and towels. We were only really passing through, but there are a number of restaurant options and a supermarket nearby. Breakfast was of average quality, but good enough overall. The breakfast room is out of keeping with the rest of the hotel, though it appears the hotel are going to renovate this space. The lobby and toilets are very clean, as is the hotel more generally. The hotel could be a bit more eco-friendly - the heating in both the bedroom and bathroom was turned up very high on arrival. We had to open windows to cool it down.

Good place for a fair price. Excellent rooms, good breakfast and nice staff. All of them were very friendly.

Hotel was clean and comfortable! Staff was great and they have a parking lot reserved for customers behind the hotel for no extra charge.
