What happened:
1.Dirty kettle--Spent black tea and in which cockroach pupa were found (if someone wants see I have photo). Eventually brand new kettle was provided after the complaint to reception.
2.Unwashed bath tub --- the tub it self and and peripheral tiles were found not cleaned. Bath grime all about the tub and several hairs were here and there in the bath area. Apparently uncleaned.
3.At the checking in, the receptionist did not confirmed about payment. Even I had the cash to provide the payment, as she did not ask about the payment, I judged that payment should be settled at the checking out considering additional cost might happen. But at the checking out, I was told that the payment had been already settled using the info provided to Expedia for the security reason. I protested and after argument the receptionist agreed to put the things back to initial settlement.
4.Noisy: The sounds from other rooms plus road vehicles, the room could not be said as comfortable about the quietness,
5.Parking---Parking area was shared by WPC person's Mitsubishi which parked very close to our parking space. I had to park my vehicle over carefully for both side -- Mitsubishi or building.

Be careful!!!! Hotel itself is great nice location facilities and staff. Problem is after the first night we awoke to find some locals had climbed on to the second story balcony while we were asleep. They broke in through sliding door stole our belongings and then proceeded to steal our brand new car. We weren’t the only ones two cars were taken that night and three had been stolen in past two weeks prior.

Only thing that could bother light sleepers is that the neighbors movements are loud due to the typr of building nothing much can be done about that i suppose. Overall good for kids we had a great time

Lovely unit, clean and nicely presented. extra blankets and heat pump made it good during the cold snap. Kids enjoyed the spa, too cold for the pool but the area was nicely cared for. Good location close to town and the waterfront for walks. Washing machine and kitchen facilities good. Only issue was the small/tight parking - great if you have a little care but we had to work hard to park out 4x4 next to another huge 4x4 with little room to turn and brick walls all around. Anyway, we enjoyed the place.

Very comfortable stay. David at reception went over and above to accommodate our needs which we greatly appreciate. Thank you David. Its because of your understanding and genuine care that we went on to stay at Nesuto Perth on the way home and why we will recommend Nesuto to family and friends.

I really liked this property. Next time I’m in Geraldton I’ll stay here again. It’s a little bit outside of town but that’s what I liked about it. It’s quieter. The restaurant next door was nice too.

Both toilet and bathroom unable to lock the door, we forced to find something to hang on the door hanger to let other people know someone is using the bathroom/ toilet. The aircond in rooms (we booked 2 rooms apartment) and living hall are too old, it either off automatically or can’t adjust the temperature. we checked in a bit late and we are tired so didn’t contact hotel’s staff to change apartment for us since we are checking out early morning the next day.

Self check in was ok.
There are no lifts as this is an apartment block of many town houses, so not great if you have heavy luggage and are given a room on the first floor.
No hot water either in the evening or in the morning. Hard to wash dishes in cold water. We weren't there long enough to figure out if the surrounds were good.
VIP access... Did that mean we would get a room at the back end of the property with views of the roofs of surrounding apartments and service areas only?
The bed was comfortable.
All up the apartment was a little tired and in need of some love.

We loved our experience at Nesuto Geraldton. It was spacious, stylish ,comfortable and extremely clean. The gardens were stunning and the central pool was enormous and spa was great. However the step down in spa was too great for older clients and needs a step. The staff were friendly. We highly recommend these apartments

I had a problem trying to adjust the airconditioning to cool. It was blowing warm air. I turned it off. I was too tired from travelling from Perth then going to a funeral, to work out how to get it to cool the room. The office closes at 6pm. I didn't call the emergency number as I thought it's only for medical or dangerous situations. It turns out all the remotes have to be on the same setting/mode. No instructions in the apartment about this

It was a terrible stay. We woke up at 5am preparing for a day to Monkey Mia, and found out there was no water in the property. No water in the toilet, no water in the shower, no water from the taps at all….. The front office was not yet opened, so I tried to call the “emergency assistance” number provided on the check-in leaflet. BUT ridiculously, it was only a voice mailbox!!! Nobody actually picks up the calls for any emergency issues!!!!!

I had stayed years before aand was was lovely .Its very over priced..Its is disappointing ,chips in walls paint looks dirty .Carpet looks dirty patio fake grass unkept needs sweeping and to be made appealing .Definitely wouldn't recommend
