We arrived on Saturday a half an hour after we advised we would but we could not get into reception, as it was closed and the phone number just said we are closed but no option to be transferred or given an after hours number. We were lucky someone let us in to call. The girl who came down was very helpful but it would have been nice when they rang us on Friday to ask when we would be arriving to give us a number to call. Very clean spacious room and breakfast was all you could want.

The apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately the lift was out of order so the stairs were a little inconvenient. Eating breakfast with the students in the dining hall was different...

Modern high spec room, very quiet and super comfy bed! Great location.
The free breakfast was unfortunately low on quality and if there was a cost we wouldn’t have paid.

Overall very nice. Paid parking was very tight with only 3 spots. The middle spot was easy to get into but either side was quite difficult. Thank goodness for reverse parking cameras.
Breakfast had a lovely selection and was very clean but the cooked food was cold. Not even slightly warm. This was very dissapointing.

Part of St Catherine's College, the rooms seem to be a renovated and spruced-up version of spacious dorm rooms - in a really good way.
This was perfect for a working trip, with a nice big table to work at, and a comfy living area with kitchenette.
After hours, the residential advisor on duty for the university college responds to urgent calls or after hour check-ins. Personally I think this is a great model that the UWA have adopted to run this, so kudos to them.
I would definitely stay there again.
My only critique is that room service missed out on my room, but that wasn't a big deal.

The staff and room was great. Only The bed was not comfortable for us but everyone has different likings for mattresses. All in all is a very nice place.

The location, adjacent to the University, was ideal. The room was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. Breakfast was a very welcome bonus.

Neat, comfortable and within a stone throw of the UWA. Completely served our purpose, as we were in town only for a night on business at the UWA.

Nice area to wander around in, Daily breakfast at student hall was simple and enjoyable. The only real improvement I'd like is functioning curtains, You could see through the curtains to the outside and they didn't stop the morning light, causing me to wake at first light.

The property brought back a tonne of memories of staying in Residence Halls back in College. I was working at the University with lectures starting at 8am on Saturday and Sunday so unfortunately was not able to take advantage of the amazing dining hall buffet on these two days. Fortunately, I checked out on Monday so this was available at an early hour then. Overall a very tidy property with good proximity to the campus and cafes,

The stay was amazing and convenient near to king Albert park within walking distance. Quite environment it was good especially after work to be back and feel at home. Clean and fully equipped kitchen. Will definitely be back again for my next business trip.

I chose this place based on the fact that we had a wedding at UWA and then reception in Nedlands. It couldn't have been more perfect! It was An easy walk to the ceremony and a beautiful stroll to the reception. The included breakfast was a bonus as was the T2 tea selection in the room.

fantastic. when we arrived, the baby cot is already arranged in our room and the staff is more than welcoming to duplicate an extra room card and very nice indeed.

We arrived at 9pm plus local time when most shops had closed and the weather is very cold outside. The reception has also closed but we managed to call someone using the phone provided. Ming Fong the receptionist from singapore who is also a master student there, is very thoughtful and sincere in helping us with registration. She purposely turned on the heater just for us and walked us to our room. She explained clearly on what are the things we need to know. Thanks for the sincere services.
Overall stay is good, our purpose is to visit UWA, this hotel is exactly next to UWA so serves the purpose.

There were many strong features of this hotel: the staff at reception, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, strong and free wifi. Ultimately however I did not consider it to be good value for money - there were cheaper hotels in Perth that I would recommend over this one. This is partly due to setting: the hotel is located in a university residential college, so you have breakfast in the college canteen and get a sense of dorm life. That can be charming, but not at the rates that are charged! Do also note that the hotel is in a suburban location, so unless you have a car you will be reliant on buses to get in and out of Perth (or a very long (2-3 hours) but pleasant walk through the park.

They are only a couple of streets away. Beautiful full breakfast included in price.
