Lovely and quaint, in the heart of Bayfield.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet village. The room was clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. Made for a perfect getaway. Easy check in and check out. We will be back.

The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was freshly renovated. The restaurant downstairs is to die for. The only drawback was that the Wifi was a little slow. The television featured Netflix but because the internet was too slow we never got it to work. Luckily we brought a laptop and got Netflix up on that instead.

Love the quaintness of the historic inn. So convenient to shops, galleries and the beach in downtown Bayfield!

Loved staying here. all the staff i spoke to were very kind and welcoming. the bed in room 6 is like a cloud. the vintage vibe is super cute. i truly had everything i could have needed for my stay already waiting in the room upon arrival and they had no problem accommodating my late(ish) check-in. would stay here again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice and dark. And very quiet. We would definitely go back again. The restaurant was closed for dinner, but we went for breakfast and it was excellent as well.

Great little property that was perfect for ou anniversary night. The Little Inn is right in the middle of Bayfield so perfect for dining and beach.

Dripping shower, no soap for shower, not enough staff for Wednesday dinner - had to wait 45 minutes to get our food after ordering.

We always enjoy our stay at the little inn in Bayfield.

Quaint and charming

My wife and I were excited to visit Bayfield for our anniversary. We booked an expensive room at the Little Inn, expecting a pleasant stay. On a beautiful 28°C (82°F) day, we arrived to find our room freezing at 12°C (55°F). I adjusted the thermostat to 21°C (70°F) and we left, hoping the room would warm up. When we returned, the temperature had dropped to 10°C (50°F). The front desk informed us that the thermostat only controlled the gas fireplace, and that we should use it to warm the room, as the hotel had a single thermostat in the lobby. The manager was unavailable and never called back. The lobby was warm because the staff blocked the cooling vent. Other rooms were equally cold. We decided to leave, not wanting to ruin our anniversary further. The front desk promised a refund the next day. However, the manager later claimed they couldn’t process it because we paid via Expedia using PayPal. They then told Expedia they refused to refund us. Our anniversary was ruined by this poor experience and broken promises.

Lovely property, quaint town

The staff were great except house keeping. No extra toilet paper in the room. No face cloths no hot water after running for 20 minutes.No one to call after 6 pm on front desk.Sorry but will not be booking again at the little inn of Bayfield .

Excellent service and staff!

Lovely stay in Bayfield at the Little Inn. Friendly & welcoming staff & good size room on 1st floor. Only complaint was that the hallway & stairs were wooden & very creaky & our room was directly over the frontdoor so abit noisy. Excellent breakfast sat outside in the sunshine made up for it.

Location was very convenient.

Its a beautiful inn, great breakfast. Room was lovely but the bathroom had a strong smell. Willing to put it down as an anomaly. The hotel was immaculate and well-maintained otherwise. The restaurant and other places were not open Mondays and Tuesdays.

I thought the front desk staff was less than friendly and not very accommodating. The breakfast staff was very slow and confused. The food was very good.

Adorable property. Loved the use of the verandah at night to sit and relax.

Well maintained old building.

Perfect location right on the Main Street of Bayfield. The restaurant at the Inn was convenient and very good. Nice to be able to walk to the lake and around the very pretty town.

The shutters in our room (#7) were broken and the fan in the bathroom only rivaled a jet engine. At breakfast we were seated 20 minutes before being offered tea/coffee. Breakfast, when we received it, was wonderful

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. Love the beautiful quaint little town. It is a must see place. So relaxing. A great place for a few days getaway.

As always, we enjoyed our getaway to the Little Inn of Bayfield. Great food and friendly staff and a wonderful room.
