Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff. Wonderful stay. The only complaint i mat have had was there seemed to be a bit of an odor coming from the toilet area.

Last Frontier is a quiet, adults only hotel which is exactly what I was looking for. My room was so spacious and comfortable. There were many mosquitoes but having the mosquito netting kept them at bay, thankfully. The airconditioning and WiFi were great, having the beachfront restaurant all day. It was beautiful and I would recommend it.

We stayed at Last Frontier Beach Resort in El Nido in early January 2024. The beach cottages were comfortable and clean. The views of Bacuit Bay exceptional, especially for sunsets. The staff, with Weng, Vanessa, and Dianna, went out of their way to make us feel at home and fulfill any requests that we might have.
We visited other beach resorts at El Nido, and if you want a small, quiet boutique resort with private cabins, rather than a large hotel with the usual hotel-type rooms, then Last Frontier Beach Resort is the place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay here in the Last Frontier! Everyone is really nice and helpful, from the front desk staff to the restaurant staffs they are all amazing. Our room1 is top notch! Love the view from our room😎

Area is close to beach and price decent. But the bathroom had leak and bathroom dont have enough circulation. It smell little. Other wise. The breakfast and staffs was great.

The staff was friendly and very helpful when it comes to questions. Their food and drinks is also good. Location was convenient if you want to go to the town or restaurants. It is also close to the airport you can just ride a tricycle. I love how its just for adults. It is a very relaxing place to stay. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. No complaints. I would stay here again when I come back to el nido.

We love the feel of the tropical ambience of this small beachfront resort Our standard room was roomy and clean and had everything you need A/C was cold along with a nice ceiling fan
Beachfront pool and area around was clean and well maintained for all guest to enjoy
Resort restaurant services up a good morning breakfast along with other good food items on there menu Service there was always with a smile from there fine staff
Restaurant & Pool area was our spot to watch the beautiful evening Sunsets sipping some Pinot Grigio
Staff from housecleaning to the main office were friendly and helpful Main office can book trips and tours if needed
We hope we can make it back next year!

Amazing place with amazing staff. I couldn't recommend this place anymore. Rooms are 30 seconds walk to the beach. Food is great. Rooms are nice and spacious with all you need. The staff will organise all your trips, just sit back and enjoy your holiday.

Had a wonderful stay at Last Frontier.
Our suite had everything we needed. Spacious terrace, comfortable bed and huge washroom.
Nothing was too much trouble from the friendly and attentive staff. Arranging airport transfers and private tours plus offering the warm welcome every time you return from your day exploring the beautiful area.
Situated directly on Corong Corong beach you have the stunning bay view at breakfast and the perfect spot for a sundowner watching one of the best sunsets in the world. Thank you to all.

Our stay was extremely comfortable and the staff were super helpful and attentive, theyw ent to great lengths to help us. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was good value and tasty.

Great little boutique chalet based resort. 12 chalets. Beautiful tropical gardens. Service superb and friendly. Quiet but close to town Food is fine with nice breakfast. Very good internet. Chalets clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Downside is beach fronting the hotel is poor. Flat and muddy but much nicer beaches are only a km or so away. Beach in front is where all boats for island hopping are moored so its not a swimming beach

We had an awesome time in Last Frontier Beach Resort. The resort has a relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are very well cared for. Staff are very attentive to your needs and very professional. Breakfast food was great. I will definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

It’s a small property on the ocean. Next to them is a family that has roosters. So every morning, starting at 4am, the roosters start crowing. And VERY loudly. I don’t recommend staying there. Every guest I spoke with had sleepless nights due to the roosters. And the hote said “sorry sir, nothing we can do about the neighbors”

The resort is a gorgeous little villa with 10 chateaus. We stayed in the beach front one and highly recommend it as it has the best view and it's closer to the restaurant. The staff is absolutely amazing - we loved every single one of them. I asked to have the room set up for a romantic occasion and they did perfectly, with rose petals, balloons and wine. They also have nice Island Hooping tours available, all easily booked through their front desk.

Amazing stay from check in to check out. Firstly, greeted with very nice customer service upon check in and very efficient after a long 20 plus hour flight from Canada.
The room was clean and modern and couldn't ask for more. Only minor issue was the tap in the bathroom was a trickle.
Breakfast each morning was excellent and enjoyed different breakfast each morning.
The pool was very clean and surrounding area was well maintained each day by the staff.
The hotel is only 5-10 mins away from the city and only 100 peso tricycle ride away and very conveniently located just outside the town.
Staff at the restaurant, front desk and everyone in general were efficient and very friendly.
Would come back here again if I'm back in El Nido for sure!!!

Beautiful bungalows right on the beach with wonderful staff and service. The restaurant does a delicious cooked breakfast. You can't swim on the beach out front, but the pool has beach views. The cafe right next door has the best pizza in all of El Nido (Bella Vita) and its a short walk to Sunset bars. 5 mins in a tricycle to town, super easy and nice to be away from the bustle. Comfortable and clean rooms.

The stay exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful and peaceful and a wonderful place to stay. Our cottage was well appointed and had a wonderful view directly overlooking the pool and sea. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It was very easy to book tours to the islands and beaches directly thru the hotel .The grounds are meticulously maintained on a daily basis. The food in the restaurant was varied and well prepared. We would stay there again.

The cabins are lovely and the staff too! The room and bathroom are also very big. It's nice to have our own little balcony too. Very nice view on the sunset at night.
The cabins could have been a bit more insulated (easy for bugs to get in) however it wasn't a problem. The shower was a bit upsetting as their was barely any hot water and the pressure was so low.

Lovely location with great service from the staff and a comfortable room. Bed was soft and surrounded by mosquito netting. The staff is very friendly and accomodating, finding me an extension cord to sit on the porch and work on my computer. The pool, while basic, is well maintained, clean and enjoyable. The sea comes right up to the property edge, but I don't think I would swim here. Still, it is nice for the view.
Breakfast options were very good and I recommend dining here. Very reasonable prices.
The owner came over and introduced himself and chatted for a bit which is a nice personal touch.
I would stay here again 100% and highly recommend their beach-front room if available.

Incredible view/pool area. Top notch service front front desk receptionists to restaurant staff. The food at the restaurant is very good. The pool is awesome & the sunset front restaurant/pool area is breathtaking. Over an amazing resort at a very reasonable price.

Paco and his crew were so welcoming that when we left the property after 5 days I gave him a hug goodbye.. they became like family! My first time in the Philippines I came from the United States and I stayed at 5:00 or 6 four star resorts in several areas of the Philippines.. I would rate The Last Frontier Resort near the top overall in meeting my type of expectations for hospitality, food quality, location to town and activities value..Paco and his crew exceeded my expectations to provide a great experience. Thanks Last Frontier Resort... I'll be back!

Amazing experience!! Marco, Ace, Fred and all the attending staff from front office (whom were so helpful with booking everything) to restaurant staff were so top notch the ladies were all so kind although I didn't catch everyones name. We loved our stay and will probably be back. They have a great view of the sunset during happy hours and the food at the restaurant everyday was great as well. Our room was clean and bathroom worked well. They even brought balloons in for our anniversary which was so memorable.. So glad we chose to stay at Last Frontier, it made our El Nido trip superb. Cannot wait to return we had such a wonderful time

You need to manage your expectations with respect to accomodations when visiting El Nido as the town is still "relatively " less touristy and developed place compared to other famous spots.
Having said this, Mansion Buenavista is 10 out of 10.
Beeakfast was simple yet very nice, Owner Noud and the rest of the staffs were helpful and friendly in every way that they made us feel like we were staying at a relative's place.
Noud helped us arrange tours, helped with eveything during our stay and even walked us out to grab a tricycle during our check out.
Hotel has a very nice view from the balcony as well as from the restaurant, is far enough to be quiet and peaceful from the town during the night yet close enough for you to walk to the town should you wish to visit the main part or the town anytime.
Can't really say anything negative about the hotel. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The restaurant is a hidden gem. Amazing delicious food. Staff is super helpful. The only thing I did not like was the weather during my stay. Please check weather reports before staying. They cancel all tours on rainy days.

I have to base this review without visiting the hotel due to extreme bad weather grounding all flights in Coron & El Nido.To be clear i have not been to the hotel, so I cannot review this part.I leave the negative review due to no refund being offered for our stay as it was clearly beyond our control reaching the destination.I kept the hotel informed at all times and requested a refund which was sadly denied.I understand this is their right but EVERY other hotel and airline understood our dilemma and refunded the charges for commitments we couldn’t make when they didn't have to.This has obviously helped us with the financial predicament we are in but Last Frontier cannot do this which is s real shame and has left us severely out of pocket due to extra incurred costs within Coron.

Its a nice cozy resort. I would recommend everyone to come here. Everything was pleasant from staff to the facilities of the resort. One think I would like the resort to improve on is the beach area and the couches near the pool.

This resort was a five minute motorbike ride away from the hustle and bustle of El Nido. As such, it was quiet and peaceful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food at the resort was limited but very good. The pool was clean and the pool area was also comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help with any of our needs. There is a safe in the room to keep your passport and other valuables. The place felt secure and safe in the evening as well, with a security guard on the property. overall a great stay.

We stayed here for three nights, and highly recommend it. We particularly appreciated the friendly staff, the restaurant and sitting by the picturesque pool area. This location was away from the hustle and bustle of the main town, although only a short tricycle ride away.

Overall my time here was an enjoyable time. We were originally only going to be staying here just on Saturday but we ended up staying Sunday night as well. We had asked if we could pay the extra for the deluxe bedroom thinking there would be a better layout/room/shower/etc, but to be honest, the room that we had had Saturday night was way better. But other than that, The Last Frontier was in a really good area, great sunset, good vibe, and the front desk was very helpful.
