The room was okay and staff friendly. The beds seemed old and creaked loudly whenever either one of us moved and the toilet seemed loose and rocked every time we used it. We were very disappointed the hotel had no normal TV channels. The only networks available were tubi, Pluto and GEM. The ‘free breakfast’ consisted of a $15 voucher per person for the attached restaurant.

Older hotel with facilities not upgraded but clean. Beds not too bad for sleeping.

The beds were horrible, very soft and worn out. The service was very slow in the adjoining restaurant.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s an older hotel with some updates, rooms were clean, beds comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, temperature was very comfortable, hot tub was amazing, finally a hot tub that is hot and jets that hit all the right spots. We had no issues.

Restaurant staff were great.. breakfast was very nice.
Hotel is dated but clean. Our room was small and the AC stopped working in the early evening after front desk had left for the night so our room was quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping.
We would consider this a solid 3 to 3.5 hotel.

Has seen better days. Moldy smells, strong cigarette smoke and poor cleanliness. Very sweet and helpful staff, great bakery and cafe.

Dingy little hole. Room wasn’t dirty but was very humid and musty smelling.

The hotel is a good stop over location. Close by car to the town, walking to the mall. The rooms were clean, average towels, sheets and pillows. The bed was comfortable. You can easily hear people in the hallway but after 11 it was quiet.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Our only complaint, the AC unit did not work very well in our room.

The bathrooms are very outdated. Shower was not hot and an old shower head one setting. We would have been better off sleeping on the floor the beds were that hard. Stains on the covers. Desk closed at 10 pm so nothing could be done about the loading drunk people wondering the halls at 3 am and banging doors. Told them this in the morning and nothing was done about the beds or the noise. I never give bad reviews but the beds were horrible.

Convenient location with lots of dining and shopping options nearby. Free to use 10Kw EV charger on back of building, just inform desk staff and they activate it. $15 Coupons for breakfast at attached cafe made for a great experience! Although our room was dated, it was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Staff are excellent. Very friendly and Welcoming. Breakfast voucher provided for attached restaurant whichbserves freshly cooked breakfast. Bakery store as well. Rooms were vlean and tidy. Bathrooms could do with an update but were clean. Would stay again

It was suposed to be a "free breakfast" but we had only a 30 $ off for a 2 adults ans 2 kids breakfast... Coffee not included... False informations...

First room didn’t have AC working but was given another room. Breakfast is a coupon for $15 at the restaurant. Overall a good stay.

I like that the elevator was always on the 3rd floor. Like it was defaulted to go there. The floor in our room was NOT clean at all. My son spilled water on the floor and the towel was BLACK when i picked it up.. not good at all. Everything else was great.

Have a great room on the 2nd Fl. Clean. Location is fab! Nice staff. Wish we had time to stay for more than a day. Would recommend

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Very nice restaurant for breakfast at this property. You will spend more than the $15 voucher provided but the food portions are large and delicious! Lots of parking and a pool. Restaurant and shopping in same mall area. A little confusing to find because it is actually accessible through mall parking area.
