Nice property

Loved that the barber is next to the lobby! Overall I had a wonderful experience. The morning breakfast had a nice spread with a wide variety of options. Dinner was great also. Miso soup, eel and rice dish and an Asahi to finish it off. When back in Düsseldorf, I will absolutely stay at me and all hotel again!

not what i expected for the price, no AC no telephone, TV, internet is not easy access nor explained properly. not happy!

The hotel is nice and quirky, but watch out for the ‘gotcha’s’ - it was an extra €30 each per night for the ‘city tax’, OK not the hotel’s fault but none the less a big surprise bill which wasn’t advised in advance. Also another €30 in car parking, adding a total of €90 to the stay just didn’t make it worth while. The air conditioning didn’t work so it was a very uncomfortable night. Opening the window was just too noisy. also, no big deal but the TV didn’t work (lots of talk about Netflix in every room etc but the tech didn’t work). To be fair, had we been staying longer then maybe this could have been sorted.

Very good breakfast with a lovely view from the 11th floor, wonderful personel. One small downside was that our room was quite warm and it was not clear how the climate control worked. Luckily you can open the windows.

Very picturesque and cozy hotel conveniently located within walking distance to the Konigsallee and the old town. Room was clean and spacious, and organized in an interesting way, with a "moving wall" between the sleeping and bathroom areas. Breakfast was served in a very pleasant restaurant on the 11th floor, with nice views of the city. The breakfast food choice and the quality of the food were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.

It’s a fun modern hotel with a very youthful vibe. The air conditioning did not work well and we had to open the window all night just to get air. The street was very noisy so it wasn’t ideal. In the winter, I would imagine it’s a lovely place.

Really great hotel. Modern rooms that were both pleasing aesthetically and comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and spoke very good English which was helpful as my German is limited. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The hotel is in a decent location and I was able to walk to all the places I needed to in the city e.g. Königsallee, Old Town etc.

Got charged twice for accommodation. Although I was refunded I still had to wear the $50 credit card fee for the transaction. Hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Stylish hotel with free bikes and barber shop inside

Lovely designed hotel. But just based on the facilities I think the hotel is overpriced. Big plus are the bikes that you can use without any charge.

I travel a lot (work and pleasure) and this was one of the best stays yet. Friendly , professional service from all staff (bar staff was particularly impressive). Hotel room was large, comfortable with great amenities. Fantastic toiletries and free bottled water (I don’t care if it’s factored into the price, it made me feel valued). Other hotels take note: this is how you do customer service right! Thank you. Will be back for sure

A great place for a stay in Dusseldorf. I really enjoyed my stay so I came back a few days later before flying home.

No direct contact to the front desk. Had to use your own phone which sucks when you are traveling internationally. Said self serve laundry service on the app. Had to use an outside laundromat. No coffee in the room. Not the best.
