the hotel and the service is good. the surrounding area is bad ( except the upscale shopping mall of course ).

Check in after long day of travel took 1/2 hour - terrible but that’s Mexico
AC kept failing and 2nd night I had to wait two hours for service guy. Called front desk and asked to borrow a ladder to fix it myself and somebody showed up

Fiesta Americana Hotel is a beautiful hotel that is connected to an upscale mall with great restaurants and aa awesome grocery store in the basement of that mall. The hotel is quiet, clean and provides great customer service!

There was no room upgrade available, but they gave us a floor upgrade.

The hotel is amazing as well as the staff. They make me feel at home. And is locate in a mall so if i have free time, want to try different food or forget something I have it all here

The hotel itself was very nice, also liked that it had access to the mall without even stepping outside.
I did not like that the area wasn't safe to walk and rome around.

The hotel is excellent the room the amenities everything the only bad thing are the sorroundings of the hotel they are unsafe

The hotel is next to a shopping center but there is not much else around. Breakfast is rather expensive as the cappuccinos or espressos are not included (except Sundays when it's even more expensive).
Rooms are big and comfy, shower could have a bit more pressure.
All in all a good stay.

Great property excellent rooms and the beds were great
Lobby bar and Restaurants were nice and the access to the other shops and restaurants in the mall were very convenient.
I visited the expo at Citibanamex. This location was very close for this event.
I would recommend and stay here again

Property is clean and modern. It is connected to a modern shopping mall and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The property is a comfortable oasis in the middle of a very chaotic area, crowded, filthy, noisy and horrible. The hotel has the advantage to be next to a nice shopping center that has other restaurant options.

The stay was fabulous, the courtesy, the restaurant was outstanding, service was excellent and overall great experience staying at thus wonderful hotel, I will definitely will use it again and recommend it to my friends.

Very welcoming, rooms were great almost sound proof couldn’t hear any traffic or public transportation which was directly in front of hotel. Fabulous shopping center attached.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, despite the fact that I reported it and they promised to repair it.

They didn't respected the Do Not Disturb sign while I was out of the room. They entered anyway to bring down the AC.

Service and friendliness from staff is phenomenal. Hotel is Very clean and will definitely keep coming back time after time. Have stayed here at least 6 times and never been disappointed. Also the fact that it is placed in Plaza Toreo, makes it a no brainer.
