The house is provisioned with everything imaginable! Owners have gone to great lengths to consider everything for a wonderful vacation: beach chairs, mask and snorkel, full kitchen with lots of pans, and tools to cook, containers to store food, blue tooth speaker, towels galore, soaps, drier sheets, instructions for eating out and fun things to do, etc. Very good home layout with 2 bedrooms/baths, washer dryer. I wasn't aware that greater than 2 people require an additional charge. When we last-minute added one, I didn't know to alert the owner. But he was most gracious and kind in letting me know. We visited February 2024 with mid 70s temps so the unheated pool was of no use to us. I was disappointed with that, but the outdoor space is exceptional and we enjoyed the cabana area quite a bit. I recommend this property and the attentive owners who were a delight to work with.

We stayed at Hopewell Villa for 6 weeks with our 2 small dogs and everything was wonderful from the warm greeting from Norman to the well stocked house which is nestled into a quiet neighborhood. It was just what we needed and the hosts did such a nice job making it welcoming. Would recommend particularly for a longer stay.

This villa is well beyond the advertisements. The location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Accommodations are excellent. Pool, beach chairs, scuba gear, grill etc etc. We lacked nothing! If fact the villa was like being at home. We’re home bodies and so we visited the beach, a few restaurants but for the most part we stayed at home grilling and chilling by the pool. I can’t say enough about our most excellent hosts. They made us feel at home and then left us on our own. Norm & Nat welcomed us & showed us around the property. Kenoris checked on us by way of text. And they were both no more than a call away, if fact a cell phone was provided in case of emergency. But they were never intrusive. We highly recommend this place. And look forward to our return.

My family and I stayed at the villa in March and we loved it! The house was immaculately clean and was stocked with all of the basics, it also looked just like the pictures. We liked that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood and we never had to worry about our safety. Our neighbor Norman was also great and very helpful, he even brought us coconut one day because my mother wanted some. Kate was great to deal with and answered all of my emails and inquires in a timely manner. She also went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our stay and accommodated our very many requests. I also found her guidebook to be very helpful. I highly recommend the hopewell villa, you will not be disappointed with your stay. When we visit again we will be staying here for sure. I do recommend renting a vehicle, we rented one from Kate and it was great. You really do need one to get to the beach and other shops, its a short drive. Also loved the outdoor shower was very helpful when returning from the beach. Thanks to Kate, Norman & Josie for making our stay so wonderful.

We had a great time, the house is wonderful, my family loved the towels... I guess I need new towels at my house. Check in was awesome, kitchen has everything, bathrooms are fantastic. We rented the car the from the property owners and we did use the car everyday to explore the island and beaches The Guest Book is very helpful with specific details on how to get everywhere, including restaurants, beaches and shopping. The owners are lovely and very responsive. They have all of the snorkeling gear and bikes on site. Top Notch Vacation!

Things were a little confusing at first but we learned fairly quick.everyone there was so helpful,friendly and really knows how to show us a great time.we met some beautiful people.words CANNOT describe how amazing it is in Turks & Caicos. We will definitely be returning hopefully soon as possble!

We had a wonderful time here, enjoying the starry nights on the patio. The house is well appointed, with everything we needed. The island breezes blow through and we never turned the a/c on once. Would highly recommend this rental!

We had such a great time at Hopewell Villa. The house was very clean and well equipped. Jocelyn was very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We appreciated her warm welcome - our flight was a bit delayed and Jocelyn was there waiting when we arrived, with cold beers, rum punch and bottled water. The pool area us great. We started and ended our days there. We had a great stay and would love to come back again!!

This villa is even more beautiful than the pics. Everything you could need is there! Very spacious, spotlessly clean, modern...and super close to everything. We loved being there and would love to rent again. Thank you to Jocelyn, Katherine and Norman.

The Hopewell Villa was even more wonderful in person than we imagined. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Grace Bay, this villa offered everything we need for a perfect family vacation. It was wonderfully appointed, fully stocked, nicely decorated, comfortable, and pristine. The villa offered a lot of privacy while still being in the heart of Grace Bay. It's a short walk to town and the beach, and a short drive to an array of beach access points. We can't say enough about the hospitality and kindness of Josie who we met the day we arrived and was there to help us with questions and advice throughout our stay. Norman the owner was equally gracious and helpful. We visited in the middle of July and thought we'd be miserably hot, but despite the July heat, we enjoyed a cool evening breeze every night. This was a dream vacation and we would definitely stay at the Hopewell Villa again when we return.

Hopewell Villa was an excellent choice for our 4-person get-away to TCI! The home was clean, thoughtful in design, and included everything we needed to enjoy our visit in a worry-free way. The management team was responsive, helpful, and a joy to interact with throughout all stages of the booking process, including initial inquiries about the site and our arrival and departure from the island. The Villa resides at the end of a quiet neighborhood street and is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like your own private retreat! We enjoyed the car rental that was made available at Hopewell (a Suzuki Swift), and took full advantage of our ability to explore the entire island. We especially enjoyed Malcom's Beach, Taylor Bay, and the off-shore snorkeling at Coral Gardens and Turtle Cove. Da Conch Shack and Jack's Fountain were restaurants we made sure to visit more than once :) If you're looking for a safe, clean, well-appointed Villa close to all the must-sees in TCI, look no further than Hopewell Villa!

My husband & I had a very relaxing time in this beautiful villa!! The house is amazing-comfortable beds, great showers, beautiful kitchen...I can't say enough good things. We ate at Turks Kebab 4 times (in one week) & also at Graces cottage had an amazing meal there. The grocery store and shops are not too far away (5-6 mins) & the sunset on the beach was breathtaking. Owners were very helpful even gave us a phone to use to call them if we needed anything. Great experience & would love to go back!!

We loved Hopewell Villa and did not want to leave this beautiful Island. Our family of 4 enjoyed a 7 Night stay. The Airport is modern and clean with a nice restaurant called "Gilley's". We rented a car from Rent-a-Buggy.tc at the Airport, a beautiful 4 door Jeep Wrangler so we could drive around with the T-Top's removed and enjoy the view as we were higher up then a car. Katherine & Jocelyn greeted us at the Villa with a delicious glass of their ice cold Caicos Rum Punch. It was a great way to start our vacation and they had virgin punch for our two boys 12 & 14. Katherine had also offered to stock our fridge with whatever items we wanted so that we didn't need to go grocery shopping day 1 and can enjoy a nice breakfast Day 2. That was a very nice touch. They also left the Recipe for the delicious Rum Punch. The Villa is nice & bright with lots of light, beautiful caribbean wood beam ceilings and a beautiful breeze was blowing through with the curtains blowing in the tropical breeze. The property is even more beautiful in person with mature trees siding onto the Provo Golf Club and the street lined with other beautiful villa's. We walked to the beach after unpacking and enjoyed a beautiful swim in the turquoise ocean at Grace Bay Beach. It was so nice to feel the silky white sand on my feet and run into the ocean. It was the perfect temperature. We all agreed it was the most beautiful beach we had ever been on and we have done alot of travelling. It was a very beautiful walk, the road is paved and then the main road has side walks. The Villa's, Resort's and Commercial Buildings have very nice architecture, very luxurious & beautiful everywhere we looked. We walked along the Grace Bay Strip to see what was there and were pleasantly surprised. We went to Danny Buoys Sports Pub as they had big screen TV's outside on the patio. The food was delicious and the staff super friendly and helpful. It was a such an enjoyable vacation from start to finish. We took Katherine's Guest Directory in the Jeep with us as she recommended and we went to Coral Gardens Snorkelling right from the beach and enjoyed the Fish Tacos' at Somewhere. We had an amazing sleep every night at Hopewell Villa, the mattresses are very comfortable and after all the fresh air and exercise we slept very well here. We had access to Netflix on the beautiful TV's at the Villa. The place is spotless. We loved the Villa, the Island, the people, the beaches and we will be back. Thank You!

We enjoyed our stay at Hopewell Villa. We were greeted upon our arrival with some yummy Rum Punch. Well equipped little home. It’s about a 15-20min walk to beach. 20min walk to main Areas of Grace Bay (grocery store, shops, restaurants) The best restaurant we visited our entire stay was CoCo Bistro it’s just down the street 10min walk. We made a return visit.(they have a little food truck called coco van as well for a less formal dining experience. The newly added pool was the star of the rental. We enjoyed hanging out around the pool the days we didn’t goto beach. The pergola next to pool provided some shaded seating areas. There was a pack and play and high chair provided on site which was convenient as we were travelling with our daughter. The bedrooms were also far enough apart that we didn’t hear our niece crying in the other room at night. The owner and property manager were very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Everything on island is a relatively quick drive. And the main highway is easily accessed from villa. Thanks for an enjoyable rental experience.

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Hopewell villa for 7 days. It was only two of us so we found the house large and spacious. It is very nicely appointed, extremely clean and we only needed the AC for a few nights of sleeping. All the supplied extras were much appreciated, including two bicycles that we were not expecting. If you are staying here, you really need a car to get around. The roads are very dark at night and we never saw anyone walking on the streets. I am a avid cyclist but I would not feel comfortable after dark on a bike as the roads are poor and so are the drivers, although we did quite a few people biking around the resort area. The villa is at the end of a road and is very very quiet all day and night. All in all it is a great location! My only complaints are that we felt a bit misled. The villa is not alone on the walled lot and there is a large middle portion currently being added between the villa and the house behind it. This was not shown in pictures or mentioned prior to arriving. The side lot was not usable to piles of sand and gravel. To be fair, the workers were told to be quiet and we were told that if we planned on staying at the villa during the day, we simply had to ask and the workers would be sent home. They were very accommodating to us and I appreciate this but we did not like the idea of being responsible for someone losing a day's pay on our account and so we felt a bit awkward in the situation. Had this been made known to us a head of time we likely would have chosen to not stay here but it was a minor inconvenience at most. Another minor thing is that there is no shade outside at all except for the villa itself. There is a lovely new raised deck with posts that look like there was a plan for a roof but as it is, it was too hot to sit outside the villa. We would try to find corners of shade against the house as the sun moved around but were limited somewhat in choices by the construction, either due to the sand piles or having workers looking down on us from the higher new structure window openings. There was very little breeze there as compared to the beach during our stay. We understand that there will be a pool added later to this property and it is greatly needed. All in all this is a wonderful villa and was a great value. We would stay again once the construction is completed. I would give it 5 stars except for the construction

The place was perfect with anything needed, comfy mattress. Only drawback was we thought it was closer to the beach. It would be a fairly intense walk with beach parafernalia. We would return but feel a car is absolutely necessary.

Sweet escapes was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. A little bit of a trek to the beach especially when you’re carrying chairs and umbrellas but not bad. Should probably rent a car or like we did hire a driver. We hired Reuben a local taxi driver for a flat fee for the week. The kitchen was well equipped and well supplied. Beach umbrellas were getting week and should be replaced. Nice area around the pool to sit and relax.

The property is tastefully decorated and very clean! It definitely met our needs! Katherine was great to work with beginning with my initial email! We were met by Joselyn with a cold rum punch and lots of information. We also referred to the 3-ring binder and loved all the info about the best snorkeling areas, great restaurants, food shopping, etc. We enjoyed meeting Norman and he told us that a swimming pool will soon be a nice addition to the property! That will be an excellent amenity.

The house was lovely; in a very nice neighborhood, newly built, extremely clean, and very, very comfortable. Josi met us at the house with delicious rum punch and provided a great overview of the island and things to do while we were there. However, my husband and I experienced an extremely unfortunate event while we were staying in Provo and left after only three nights. With that said, Norman, Josi, and Kate were amazing! They were so supportive and provided such great care that we will never book with anyone other than the Sweet Escape team. We will be back and we will bring friends!

We just returned from a 12 day stay at Hopewell villa. The house is fantastic with all the comforts and privacy of home. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and outdoor spaces were beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and make cocktails. The only minor complaint is a little attention needed on the master bath tub drain the construction next door (which is temporary and minor annoyance at best). The workers were very quiet and did not start very early. I looked at many villas before settling on this one and I know I made the right choice. We drove around to some of the other locations we were considering and while also very nice areas, nothing was as conveniently located as Hopewell villa to GB beach BBC and the resorts. Katherine, Norm and Joselyn were very helpful. There is a binder filled with information about everything you would want to know. We barely touched the surface of things we wanted to do and places to go but that’s fine with us because now we have an excuse to go back!!! We just emptied our nest and have vacationed in the Caribbean for the past few years. We visited St. Thomas (pre-hurricane) and Grand Cayman prior to coming here. This is by far my favorite island. We felt safe, they use the USD and the ease of access to the most beautiful beaches make this our favorite. Highest of recommendation for Hopewell villa - unless your plan is to visit when we are looking to return! ;-D

Get location, your not missing out on anything it has all the conveniences of home, in an amazing place. Jocelyn is amazing and will help with everything you need.

The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were some of the most comfortable ever! There are two bedrooms each with 1 queen bed. Everything worked well and we did use the snorkels, bikes and cooler. Great location. However not really 'walk to beach' unless you are a triathlete lol. We had a car so we drove and discovered great parts of the island for fishing, dining and hanging out. The house is convenient to everywhere. We made breakfast most days and really enjoyed the back patio at night. The 1 night we did cook we had everything we needed. The only thing missing is the street number. But if you text upon landing they will meet you there. The picture is a little misleading because now there is a big house behind it within the same fence. So you think you are mistaken when you are looking for a little cottage and you see a big house. Lovely hosts. Thank you! Highly recommend! (ps look out for the wicked speed bumps everywhere on the island!!)

We did a lot of research to find the perfect place for our stay in the Grace Bay area. It was wonderful to have a private pool but still be close to the beach for swimming and snorkeling. Also walkable to restaurants, grocery store and shops. Bedding very comfortable, had everything we needed to cook at home a few nights. Food is one of the most expensive items on the island, so this is a way to make your vacation a little more affordable and relaxing. Great to have bikes, beach chairs and snorkeling gear available. But sometimes it's the little things that make your trip even better, and for us, that was the care and attention we received from the mgmt team and the property owner. Never rented another property on VRBO where we got such personal service. We highly recommend this property!

You will not find a better host on the island, Kate thinks of every single little thing so all that's left for her guests is to sit back, relax, and enjoy! We had an amazing time!
