This is my 2nd stay. I love the location, the cleanness and the amenities. Not your fault, but the stay was not enjoyable due to hurricanes traces (beaches access, poor seawater).
I'm concern about the number of dogs inside the property and my next stay.

Perfect location. Fantastic staff who smiled and were very friendly. Super breakfast and local to great beaches. They are also taking super care of families affected by the Hurricanes

The stay here has been excellent. I've stayed at quite a few hotels the past month, and this is by far the nicest.
The staff here are extremely professional and very nice.
The Day Manager, and Emily were awesome, we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances.
I just met the night staff and they have also been friendly.

Had two queen size beds, thank goodness. One of them was lumpy. So bad I couldn't get comfortable to sleep on it. Other bed was better, but their mattresses needed replaced. Something happened to the ones in the room. Nothing they could do about that right then, so, moving on. Something was wrong with the air unit in the elevators. They were almost unbearable to be in at certain times. These were just unfortunate situations that needed corrected. I personally don't fault a place for equipment failure. Unless they are choosing not to fix them.

The hotel was perfect. Room and building very clean. Breakfast was great. Shuttle to beach was nice. Hot tub and pool was perfect. Staff was excellent.

Highly recommended, it truly is a 100% recommendable hotel. Its breakfast stands out with very varied options including egg white omelets with vegetables, a wide variety of fruits, and yogurt. The room is spacious, and the common areas are well-decorated. There are work areas with good computers. It would be much better with a more modern air conditioning system, as rest is not optimal due to the sound of the A/C unit.

We had a 2 night stay, really impressed with all the staff their friendly nature and helpfulness, especially Emily on the front desk. Hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and bright. All staff extremely welcoming. Pool area spotlessly clean.

The property offers so many helpful amenities to your stay. A shuttle that takes you within 5 miles of the property. So helpful so you don’t have to drive!! Highly recommend

Exceeded my expectations! The staff was very personable and professional and the breakfast was excellent. The room was perfect with a great bed, light blocking shades, and a magnifying makeup mirror in the bathroom. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Wouldn’t change a thing.

The only problem that I had during my stay was the blood on sheets on a bed that was suppose to had been just cleaned. They were nice enough to give new sheet but I had to make my own bed and put sheets in hallway
