Terrible place. Terrible front desk people. Do not go to this terrible place. I will sue them for not having the room ready when they Expedia told me the room was ready.

Really close to the airport, the staff was helpful and friendly. The shuttle of the airport was not available.

Over 30 minutes wait to check in

A good basic hotel for a stay near the airport for transient movement. Rooms were clean and tidy but basic. Check in chaotic as groups arrive in buses. Mini bar service is expensive.

Very clean and comfortable stay... Terrific staff service, a very efficient in and out. Internet was unreliable and dining area was cramped but food was great.

It is clean and the restaurant here was nice. Great location to get to the airport but that is about it. The Taxi had a hard time finding it. There are no food options around and it is not in a walkable area. But if you are just headed to the airport this place is great and even has a shuttle.

It was good for my purposes, a place to spend the night before I catch my next flight. No issues with the shuttle, check in was smooth, enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Excellent place

Shuttle leaves on the hour. All except at 2am and pm. So pick up is after that. From bus station at T2. I arrived 2x after 9pm and it was a zoo checking in. Planes come over until 2am. Start at 5am. On noisy road. Has snack kiosk. Had wfi issues. Non brazilian channels dont come in for some reason. I had issues with comfort hotels two cheapest classes. When i selected them it said it wouldnt do it. So, i chose this to punish their bait and switch.

The setting was beautiful and worked well for our group. We had 3 of the 4 bedrooms, so we enjoyed using the shared spaces to socialize.

Only one thin pillow on each bed, thin blankets. The staffing customer service was great. From the front desk, to security, to the kitchen team, all very kind and attentive, which sort of made up for the bedding situation.

We needed a place to rest for afew hours between flights, but this was not the place as it is located right besidethe take off runway. Terrible noise every few minutes. Not recommended for sleep. Good otherwise.

Paid too much for what we got. Room was much smaller than the description led me to believe it would be. The place basically gave us a spot to lay down for a little sleep. The twin bed was uncomfortable and too small, the pillows were awful, there was no bottled water available anywhere and the staff seemed less than interested in helping us locate some. Grateful our stay was only one night. Property did not measure up.

Noisy due to being next to the airport. Hotel management cannot change that. It is the price we pay to stay close to the airport.

the bathroom and bed/sheets where not clean. found a hair in a fruit during breakfast. Small area for breakfast and very crowded.

The hotel said they had airport shuttle and I booked for 7 am and never arrived, I had to go to the airport in Uber.

Super nice and modern hotel. Alert at needs . I world have love to stato more days

Great front desk staff

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Problem is the shuttle bus from the airport. When I arrived at the pick up point outside Terminal 2, the bus was already full and left a number of guests behind. They said they would be back but only returned 90 mins later, as per their normal schedule. I assumed they would return immediately to pick up the remaining guests but this did not happen, so we had to wait at the airport for a long time. I only booked the room so I could catch some sleep during a long-ish layover but by the time I finally arrived at the hotel, I only managed a couple of hours of sleep before I had to return to the airport for my next flight. So, a bit of a waste for me...
