Room was spacious enough for four adults and a 10yr old

Easy check in, Parking. Room was a great size. Plenty of space. A good experience!

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. The room was kept clean and well stocked every day but the pillows were a little too soft for my personal preference.

To expensive for what it was. No breakfast and shower had zero water pressure.

Trip was really one of the most traumatic as i was there for a wedding and we had to get ready on time to be at two receptions two consecutive days. Due to faulty plumbing firstly the shower wasn’t functioning properly and after the change of the shower head there was no hot water every morning for 3 days. I don’t know how can this happen to someone who had paid $1600 plus amount for such uncomfortable days where you had to wait for 2 hours just to take a shower . In fact it was a mistake on my end that I shouldn’t have stayed there after 1st morning experience. I thought it’s some error in my washroom but later found out that Boiler had been not working properly and they can fix it after weekend. In my opinion hotel should have stopped taking bookings and must have told at check in time about the issue or refunded the money. I don’t think that anyone staying these dates should be charged money.

My family and I had an extraordinary stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for 5 people, and it's also easy to cross into the Manhattan area by bus to Port Authority.
