The newer part of the hotel was beautiful. The spa, amenities, and breakfast was very enjoyable.

It was the best stayed out there everything was beautiful clean and great

A great place with comfortable solutions. A dedicated wellness and spa inside the Oasis structure separate from the main hotel with complementary breakfast in a quiet place. Really good service close to the beach. Internal gym and tennis courts. A nice beach club with plenty of space to rest and relax.

We visited Don Carlos out of season but still had a fantastic stay. The service provided was amazing and while quieter there were still a few activities to keep us entertained (painting, tennis, DJ). The food was excellent throughout (especially the breakfast spread) and the service at the bars and restaurants was fantastic. We would definitely return and stay again.

Fantastic brand new hotel with excellent rooms and a quiet tranquil atmosphere. The Suite was great and had a lot of space - high standard of finish and comfortable. Pool and facilities excellent, can't wait to come back again.

The staff at the hotel were great and very attentive. Also the rooms were big and very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't day you're an adults only hotel when you have to share the pool with the other hotel Don Carlos hotel where kids are allowed. When you stay in the Oasis you have the option between The separate breakfast is the Oasis or the Don Carlos breakfast....no need to have 2 breakfast options, there are enough healthy things in the Don Carlos one. The spa in the Oasis is really pricy..210 euro for an hour massage ! But nice hotel,clean rooms, friendly staff.

A perfect location with very friendly staff for a perfect vacation

It was such a relaxing stay at the Oasis! The amenities were great and we truly enjoyed our spa treatments. We are at every restaurant and always had a great experience. The staff were so helpful with our questions and for guidance during our trip!

This is an expensive, indeed very expensive place to stay (circa £400 per night). That said, the room was beautiful (though the online picture suggestive of the hotel being by the sea is misleading). The hotel gardens are quite superb and I have to observe that the staff, particularly those on reception, offered a truly first class service. BUT, when you've spent in the region on £1200 for 3 nights at a top class hotel on the basis of its online representations that it's "ADULTS ONLY", the one thing that you don't expect is, er, CHILDREN!!! The staff told me that they've received many complaints and that the company that operates the hotel knows about the problem. If you want time away without the scream etc of young children, DO NOT SPEND A FORTUNE AT THIS HOTEL.

Excellent room space. Bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms where very clean , nice breakfast Marbella is 20 minutes by taxi there is no shuttle service The beach is sandy and beautiful , some of the oasis beach beds need new covers but there were plenty of towels to cover themoverall very comfortable stay and I would definitely want to go again

The oasis is more updated and private. Service at oasis is excellent and spa is perfect must.

We really liked the gardens and beach club. It was NOT adults only despite being described as such! Only the spa is. So there was no adults only pool or quiet areas unless you wanted to sit inside a spa all day. The advertising is therefore misleading. The housekeeping service was very inconsistent. Tea, coffee etc replenished some days and not others, turn down service sometimes. Toiletries replaced sometimes.

Overall the hotel was good, service excellent room nice clean and spacious except for the bed and mattress. The quality of the mattress is very poor and definitely not for a five star hotel. We stayed 7 nights deprived of sleep. We complained, they tried their best but couldn’t solve the problem

An absolutely serene and beautiful hotel. Traveled with a friend (mainly to party!) but it was so nice to come back to the hotel and use the spa in the early evening, before going out again. The location is perfect for Nikki beach, and hotel has free parking which is useful. Spa is lovely - we didnt have time to have a treatment, but used the facilities every day. Ate at the pool bar upon arrival, nice food which was reasonably priced. Rooms are also very good quality, and balcony is very good size. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

A gorgeous hotel with a beautiful spa. The rooms were amazing!

The Oasis was very good but it was not exclusive as advertised as facilities (pools etc) were shared with the main hotel. Only one restaurant was open at this time of the year.

We hae most amazing room and received total 5 star service throughout our stay. Alexia who works on reception was superb with her help and assistance both before our arrival and during our stay. We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and Alexia ensured that it was a memorable experience. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely be back!!

Excellent hotel. Attentive and polite staff who ensured we were contented and all our needs met. The food was a little limited and requires more variety. Beautiful tropical gardens , it's a Hotel within a hotel. Absolutely, splendid will definitely return.

The greatest asset The Oasis has is it's staff. From first to last they were the best we have ever experienced. Nothing was to much for them. The hotel facilities were excellent and the food top of the range and beautifully cooked and presented. It was a fantastic short break and we will be back
