Great location, period building but with exceptional cleanliness level.

We love to stay in B and Bs with charm. This one definitely has it. The staff is very gracious. The sitting room and dining area downstairs was very nice. Comes with. Hot breakfast to order. Our room had a quaint view of some of the other village homes. Our room was very nice and very clean. Location is great. Easy to walk to lots of things and overnight parking on the street was right outside.

Great hostesses! Elegant and at the same time very warm and attentive. You can see they want to deliver a perfect service! The room was super clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing with delicious coffee made in a professional Italian coffee maker (it was a very pleasant surprise!), a good variety of cheeses and charcuterie, fresh fruit salad and more. We'll certainly come back and recommend to our friend and family!

The Cawdor house was lovely! The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and the room well equipped with tea, bottled water and a strong hot shower. The innkeeper was very friendly and helpful.

This is our 2nd visit and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. Such pleasant hosts and we love the lighter varied choices at breakfast, very refreshing. Home made granola very tasty Book early - popular with visiting Europeans . Nairn being such a nice area is the bonus.

Very friendly staff, we had a very enjoyable stay with extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. The homemade cakes in the cafe were very delicious. Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

Cawdor house is full of light - and freshly decorated. It’s furnished in a good combination of period and modern. Annika and Andy are great hosts - really delightful to talk to but also aware if you don’t want to talk. The street that Cawdor House is on is 10 minutes from the Moray Forth which has golden beaches and dolphins. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit and also the delicious and very fresh cooking. This is a haven.

Cawdor house was lovely, and the perfect end to our trip. The service was top notch, the food was wonderful and the property was delightful. Easy to find and easy access to nearby restaurants and town. We thoroughly enjoyed the hosts.

I stayed here in July 2017. Unfortunately I arrived 45 minutes after the latest check in. They are a lovely couple and were very friendly despite me missing the check in time. The house is very nice, super clean, and breakfast was excellent. I stayed at several other b&b's in Scotland and this was by far my best experience. Thanks!

We arrived at little early but we're still welcome. We were recommended the classroom for an evening meal and it worked out well. Parking was easy right outside. Room, clean, adequate and good value. Breakfast very good in comparison to other websites stayed at.
