The lodge is beautiful and nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch and playing Yahtzee in the living room.

We spent 2 nights at The Outlook Lodge while visiting Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and the Dinosaur Resource Center. This was a very convenient place to stay for all events. The Lodge was very nicely furnished, the room spacious and well appointed, immaculate. Our room was in a separate building, the "Carriage House". The main building housed for guests' use: a kitchen, dining room, barbecue pit, and wide porch with easy chairs and tables. First night we went to the Blue Moose Tavern for dinner, as that was the only place open in town. We waited 1.5 hours to be served. Second night we went to Safeway in Woodland Park and got takeout. We had a lovely, peaceful evening sitting on the porch with out dinner.

It was a beautiful property and so comfortable! The room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again:)

Hard to believe I've lived 25 years, hiking GMF and never once stayed! This was the perfect choice as we have moved away and came back for a wedding. Thank you so much especially to the cleaning staff for such an impeccable job!!!

Quite pleased with our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was serene and peaceful even in a hail storm. The charm of this place was off the chart.

Stayed in the deluxe suite in the main lodge. It was perfect for my wife and I. Easy access to nearby breakfast restaurant and lots of hiking trails. Would stay again when in the area again.

Our stay at Outlook Lodge was so peaceful, clean, and unique. Our room was beautiful and cozy. There were so many gorgeous colors and textures, design choices, and interesting, unconventional furnishings. We especially loved watching the rain and snow outside from the bay window! This is exactly the escape we needed.

Spacial Room, bathroom clean with modern fixtures, clean, many extra amenities appreciated- keurig in room, coffee maker and coffee in kitchen, free take-one candy bars, bottled water.. I will stay here again

Lovely lodge with clean rooms tastefully decorated. You have access to a large common area with living room, fireplace & stocked kitchen. Huge porch with rocking chairs & a fire pit area also.

Love the big front porch with rocking chairs, the hot tub was a perfect temperature and the gas fire pit was easy to turn on & gave off a lot of heat.

Young deer were munching grass out front by the parking lot when we got there :) Loved the atmosphere. It rained so we didn't get to use the firepit area but it looked nice. Ate our breakfast on the front porch. It was nice and quiet and other guests were friendly. Very nice kitchen with coffee provided and all plates, silverware, napkins, etc provided to prepare a nice meal. It was all beautiful and tastefully decorated. There are lots and lots of steps and the luggage unloading area is a little awkward. Our room was very nice. It was on the bottom floor of the carriage house and we could hear the people walking upstairs above our room. Hot tub next door was nice and clean with towels provided.

The room was decorated very tastefully. The property is located in a charming, small, quiet town with great access to fun places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. The communication was great. It was easy to check in and out.

Although it was a bit hard to get the keys out of the box, once that was out of the way the place was beautiful, lovely even. The grounds were quaint, quiet in the evening. I truly enjoyed the little getaway. I definitely recommend it.

This is a very comfortable and nicely decorated place to stay in Green Mountain Falls - with the kitchen on site for guests, you don't even need to leave this small town and can just relax, including in the hot tub, and visit the James Turrell Skyscape installation.

We had an issue upon check-in that was not the lodge's fault, but they were there quickly and took care of the situation. We had an enjoyable, quiet evening and will definitely look at coming back! The room was beautiful with high-quality linens and fixtures. The property itself is gorgeous and if it hadn't been freezing with a wild wind, we would have looked around a bit more. For the price, this cannot be beat. Highly recommend!

Cool old house, the house and room had just about everything you can need/want. A few businesses right down the street and pretty close to everything so the drive is quick.

Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all.
Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house.
Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay.
