We have booked this property twice now at the end of a long weekend and can’t recommend enough. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtful. The dining there is amazing should you want to stay on the property, otherwise there are plenty of walkable options. We managed to squeeze in some spa appointments and that was lovely. Great place to relax and feel truly luxe while traveling

This is a lovely, easy hotel. Valet parking and breakfast are included with the stay. The restaurant in the hotel has a lovely protected outdoor area and a garden, and the food is excellent. Our only (small) issue was that just after arrival in our room, a LOUD noise began, and when we tracked it down it was a maintenance person with a huge drill, who said he would be working for about an hour. Rather than change rooms, we tolerated it. Other than that experience, the hotel, room and restaurant are all highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at this property before and don’t remember having this problem, but the air conditioning wasn’t consistent in the room and when I asked them to evaluate it, they did send maintenance up. However, no change was made. The fan in the room was very, very loud, almost like a cheap hotel air conditioning. It was very disruptive to my sleep.

A high quality hotel with many of of the little amenities on a scale scale above most high end hotels. Wrapped extra toilet paper roll, personalized guest name displayed on tv monito upon arrival, in room Cooke espresso, turn Dow with chocolate, water bottle, and ice delivered in ice bucket without request is a top notch luxury amenity!

Everyone we encountered was so nice and efficient including the front desk, doormen, housekeeping, bar/restaurant staff. Our room was beautiful, the location is fantastic, and morning breakfast was excellent.

This was our 3rd stay at the Delamar West Hartford. It’s become our home away from home when in the Hartford CT area. Small beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Our room was the Executive Studio, spacious with a kitchenette big enough for us to host local family for pre dinner hors d’oeuvres.( WHOLE FOODS is just steps away)
Service is excellent. Hotel General Manager Israel Benyair and his entire staff are professional and take a personal interest in providing a positive guest experience.

Just stayed at this beautiful establishment for the weekend. The staff was amazing, and very welcoming. We sat by the outdoor fireplace and were checked in on regularly. The restaurant was beautiful and attentive to your needs. The spa was an absolute delight. I left feeling so relaxed and cozy. The valet team was friendly and fast. There’s really no complaint I have. I will be back and hope to visit other Delamar locations soon.

The Delamar is my favorite hotel in Hartford - West Hartford is very cute and walkable. It's always an enjoyable stay - from check in to check out!

Room over entry so windows did not open; there is no dresser- only a night stand- which i knew having stayed here multiple times- but this time the drawer was broken. Asked for extra towels- never came; turn down service was chocolates on the nightstand - thats it- didnt take off bed throw or turn down or place water.
Suprised i couldnt stay 1 hour later (4th time here - paid $450)

From the checkin to the checkout everything and everyone was fantastic! The food in the Artisan restaurant was delicious and reasonable for the quality. The junior suite was worth the splurge with many comforts of home. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and nicely done.
