Amazing, we had a great time, the hotel staff were great.

Fun place to stay. Roof top bar and easy access to get to other hotels/resturants/city walk and park. Only issue is sometimes can hear loud guests in hallway late at night and chairs in lounge and roif top bar sit low to ground like kids chairs.

I keep returning to this property for a reason. They’re great. Really modern and extremely clean rooms and beds. Staff is super helpful too. Free Transportation is available to the Universal’s theme parks right out front of hotel like clockwork. Nice pool and rooftop bar & bistro with panoramic views

Excellent location if you go to Volcano bay (15 mins on foot) or the Universal parks (15 mins by bus). The hotel is very clean and the team was great. Dinning options are limited though. We tried the bar on the roof top (great view), however the music was very loud (couldn’t have a quiet conversation with the family).

Staff, service very welcoming and super nice but the hotel needs to update their bedding and pillows. The pillows are super uncomfortable and bedding needs upgrade.

We’ve stayed here multiple times. We love the clean rooms, walk about distance to parks, friendly & helpful staff, EV charging available, multiple delicious food options & a Starbucks!

My husband and me we really loved. The hostel is spectacular even the two robots are amazing but the food it wasn’t as good as it looks. It would be better a buffet with interesting options (healthy food, fast food, international food…). We think everybody will love it.

Like: Hotel is close to main attractions. And transportation was fast and very often. Could be better: Room was not cleaned one of the days. Inside the hotel, public areas were always too cold.

I loved my stay at Universal Aventura! Every single staff person I met was super friendly and really cared about making sure my stay was wonderful. This hotel is perfect for couples or groups of friends who want to stay at an affiliate hotel but not with all of the young kiddies running underfoot. The rooms are so nice and the views are awesome! I loved the modern feel and being able to control the lights, temperature, and tv from a tablet. They have a full service Starbucks and the Urban Pantry has a nice variety of food options. It’s so close to Volcano Bay (walking distance), and the shuttle to City Walk is super convenient. I was also able to enjoy the ferry boat from city walk to the neighboring Sapphire Hotel (another partner hotel) and walk 1 min back to Aventura. I will be back in 2025 and plan to stay at Aventura again! It felt like a home away from home!

We absolutely loved this place!! Impeccable cleanliness and the staff were so attentive and kind. Excellent food and a pool that was great for all the family. We definitely are planning another trip back.

Overall is ok. Location is convenient but there is no water bottle in the room.

Extremely convenient location walking distance from Universal Studios, you can take a boat , bus or just walk. Volcano bay is right outside of the gate of the hotel. Plenty of food choices, extremely clean , high tech, pleasant staff. 10/10 for visit with family ! Spacious rooms , great view and new amenities. Very convenient to drop off the bags and go to the park also can store your bags and continue your day after checking out using their showers on second floor to change/shower. Direct line of communication with on site staff through text messages.

Loved the pool, and the different dining options. The bar at the rooftop had live music and the atmosphere was nice with a beautiful view.

My 3rd time staying at the hotel. Excellent service and facilities.

Segregated smoking area located next to gaming area for children…why. An uninviting scene altogether. Unattended with trash even in the trees. Putrid towels in the bottom of a neglected towel station.
