As it turned out, our room was just above the bar. It was very loud in the afternoon, evening and morning. We were told the hotel was sold out, they were very sorry there was nothing they could do to help us. Clearly they know this room is a a problem for the guest who gets that room. On top of that, Hotel staff congregated outside our room and were unaware of the hotel acoustics. They needed to be told to lower their voices. Our bed felt like a big marshmallow, we sunk to the middle of the bed. And eventually resorted to sleeping in separate beds. Our TV remote did not work, the evening engineer was very nice but it took him two trips a 5 remotes to fix the problem at 11p... they clearly chose to put their budget into the bathrooms that were nice and the staff all tried to be nice. tried to be nice However- The hotel was a real disappointment. For the prices they charge for a room, they need to get it all to work and it does not.

The Adelphi Hotel is a gem. Every inch of the place is beautiful. The views from the Broadway room were the best. The food was delicious. We especially liked the outdoor dining options. The room was clean. We loved the complimentary chips, treats and drinks. We cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful centrally located near everything. Just make sure when booking you do not book the rooms directly upstairs on 2nd fl. Beautiful room, but very loud do to restaurants and bar below. 2 windows that the shades do not open due to view of a brick wall a few feet away! Definitely recommend this hotel the staff are great. Luke the valet was so kind and helpful getting us to and from our night out with family.

The amenities were great in addition to the small extras that made the stay that much more special

This property is so beautiful. The staff were so helpful and accomodating. We forgot our charger in our car and had it valet parked. We called and they got it for us and delivered it to our room with no hesitation. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, and lovely view.

Great renovation, charming staff. The electric chargers are are third rate, poorly labeled, overpriced and really disappointing. They got almost everything else right, it's a shame.

Adelphi has always been a wonderful hotel and now with the new fitness room and game room it’s a show stopper!

Requested as soon as I received the email about construction to be as far away as possible, checked in and was told I am overlooking the construction.

This is my second stay at the Adelphi and it was lovely. The staff are ready to provide anything you need. The restaurants are excellent. A great breakfast. Loved it!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotel over the years and aside from some wonderful places in France and some other European countries the Adelphi was ultra modern but with so much old world class , decor and charm Hats off to the people responsible for sharing their idea of delivering the art of perfection

Amazing stay at the Adelphi! Luxuriously appointed room with a bathroom complete with oversized shower and soaking tub. Will definitely be back for a future stay. If you’re in Saratoga, don’t miss this gem.

An iconic property in a one-of-a-kind location. Ashley, the staff person who greeted us was so friendly and helpful from the jump. We were in town for a wedding at the Hall of Springs and it added so much to the festivities. Our room was perfect. Another staff person took a lovely photo of my husband and I near the staircase. It was such fun to sit in the lobby and people watch. Though we have been to the bar and Salt and Char many times, we will definitely be back for an overnight.

Hospitality is excellent and everyone has been very nice and knowledgeable.

Rooms recently renovated Summer of 2023. Bathroom fantastic: Deep soaking tub, large shower, heated floor, bidet style toilet. Excellent front staff, shout out to Ashley!
