It was great but it had no hot water. They worked on it all day and night. Noone told me that there wasnt any hot water upon check in. I had to find it out on my own when i wanted to take a shower.

The dining and casino was fun. The smoking allowed on the casino floor was a bit of a nuisance as a non-smoker, but nothing I haven't tolerated before. The beds were a bit hard and pillows not so good. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.

We’ve stayed there a few times already. Room was clean. Facilities seemed safe. The front desk wasn’t too welcoming.

Literally my only complaint is that they need to upgrade to new hair dryers and smart TVs so you can connect to your media apps (eg Netflix etc). Facility was super clean and very quiet despite being a casino.

It was a good stay. Nice accommodations and very well maintained. Only complaint was the attitude of the Assistant Manager. She was rude.

My air conditioner was not working. The lady at the front desk did not offer me a new room until 2 hours later after the second air conditioner that maintenance installed didn’t work either. The first night of my 3 night stay was very interrupted. Roy, from maintenance was very helpful and worked hard to remedy the situation. I truly appreciated his efforts. Food at Ruthie’s and the Sports bar was excellent! Lastly, the band in the Rhythm Room was great.

Enjoyed my stay. Everyone was so good to deal with.

Room was spacious, walkin shower was nice with good water pressure but it did take time to adjust hot water. Very quiet on our 2nd floor room. Mattress could be improved as it was a spring type and not very comfortable. Even though smoking allowed in casino, the ventilation system in my opinion worked well, as I didn't leave feeling or smelling like I had been around smoking persons. Buffet was decent, though high priced. Selections were plentiful.

I did not like the fact that anyone could get to the hotel rooms at any time without any type of security. I would not stay here as a single woman. This would be easy to correct.

Check in was unfriendly and check out was a disaster. Waited to check out for 20 mins to dispute bill as I had already paid on hotels.com. Only 1 staff member on check out duty and was held up dealing with another billing issue.
