Dino and Giovani were excellent and attentive hosts who went out of their way to share their knowledge of Pompeii , where to eat and how to get around. Good location for the ruins and centre of the new town for restaurants and cafes. We had a wonderful daybout with plenty of memories along the Amalfi coast with Dino who stopped at the best locations for pictures. We would definitely go back again if in the region!

If you are visiting the archeological park for Pompeii you are a 1 min walk from the entrance. Our room and the entire residence was very clean. The owner is very helpful and willing to help how ever he can to make your stay a positive one. We did select to stay in a room with a larger tub not realizing that the shower was in that double tub so climbing in and out can be a struggle for some guests to keep in mind when booking.

Fantastic location, very nice and helpful host, great price, good and sweet Italian breakfast, all in all a lot of value for the money. We spent a week and could esily return.

Great room, good breakfast, on the doorstep of Pompeii! Really close to both Pompei stations which made it easy to explore the Bay of Naples. Kind and welcoming staff with particularly useful local knowledge about Pompeii and various excursions. During our three night stay we made day trips to Vesuvius, Sorrento, and Capri.

Property is right in front of 1 of 3 Pompeii archeological site and close to restaurants and bars. Gino, the owner is attentive and friendly. We recommend this BnB for a short stay in Pompeii!

Very friendly host!

We arrived quite late and was greeted by our friendly host (Dino) who was more than happy to park our hire car. The breakfasts were amazing especially with home made croissants. The room was clean and tidy. Dino was very knowledgeable on places to visit, transport and what to avoid. Trains and metros will take you to all the local areas, so dont even bother with a hire car. All in all it was an amazing holiday with a great host. Highly recommend AAA

Hotel was ideally placed for the ruins and owner was very helpful. He was able to recommend where to visit and what to do. Was a very quaint place and rooms were lovely

The position of the hotel was great but what made our holiday so amazing was the host Dino. He was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He is passionate about his city and wants you to enjoy every minute. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast is great.

We stayed overnight at a second guest house that is part of the B&B Pompeii Ruins De Charme called Villa delle Rose in April 2023. It was close to the Pompeii ruins and a grocery store. After visiting the ruins, we had a glass of wine on our balcony as the moon rose over Pompeii. Dino, the owner, was charming and helpful. He offered to take us to the train station the next morning. We were about to walk to the wrong train station to Sorrento. He helpfully took us to the the correct train station for trip to Sorrento. Glad we decided to stay overnight in Pompeii after a long day at the ruins. Thanks

This B&B is very close (across the street) from one of the entrances to the ruins. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the other entrance. (Also about a 10 minute walk from the Pompeii train station/about 15-20 minutes from the other train station, Pompeii Scava.) Breakfast is nice, with fresh baked chocolate croissants and an assortment of other items such as yogurt and juice. Coffee/cappuccinos are also provided. Lots of restaurant options nearby. The pizzeria on the street (practically next door) is a particularly good value. The rooms, while not elegant, are very nice. The host, Dino, is the heart of place. He readily engages with his guests and tries to be helpful. If he is able, he often offers to drive guests to destinations (e.g. Amalfi Coast), or pick them up at the airport in Naples. He does this for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again.

Dino greeted us and he was very friendly and welcoming. We had a room for 3 adults and beds were comfortable. There was a common sitting room on main floor and we met other Canadians and knew a mutual friend which is crazy. We had everything just outside the door as far as eating establishments etc..and were able to walk to the ruins of Pompeii

The location was unrivaled for a visit to Pompeii, which is directly across the street. The room was clean and comfortable. The owner was convivial, helpful, and bakes a mean breakfast croissant! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ruins De Charme to anyone visiting the area.

The staff was really friendly and nice location 2 minutes walk of the entrance of the ruins.

Dino (host) was superb! Unfortunately our arrival flight was delayed but he waited for us til midnight to check in. The place is just a few steps away from the entrance of Pompeii. Perfect for our trip with my father. Plenty of resto and cafe in the area as well. The room and beds were comfy and perfect to rest over. Thumbs up Dino! Surely will recommend this place to family and friends!

Dino was amazing! He was always helpful recommending restaurants and was available whenever we needed anything. We arranged for him to picked us up at the train station upon arrival in Pompeii since we were coming into a station across town. The B&B was very conveniently located near an entrance to the ruins. The rooms were clean and the breakfasts were fresh with options. When we departed Pompeii, we walked to a closer station only to find it closed. No taxis were available so we contacted Dino-he came looking for us and made sure that we got to the correct station. Definitely would recommend his place and stay there again.

Great host and great accommodation with the best location to access the ruins!

This is a wonderful B&B! So clean! Comfortable beds, powerful and hot shower! Delicious breakfast! Dino contacted us as soon as we made our last minute reservation to make sure he would be around when we arrived. Turns out his wife was in labor about to deliver their baby! Dino came to meet us 30 minutes after the birth to help with our unusually heavy luggage! He had great tips for us and everyone at breakfast seemed to be so happy to be there. It’s in a great location and offers parking. Could not be happier with our stay!

Perfect spot if u wanna visit pompei.ruins..only few steps away! Dino is thebest host ever! Extremely friendly and cooperative! He made our drives very interactive and easy going! His smooth drive was a blessing for us on these curvy road!! He also gave us tips about going around. 11outof 10!!

Dino, notre hôte a été vraiment accueillant, il a été de très bon conseil pour les restaurants et a été un excellent chauffeur pour notre tour de la côte almafitaine! Nous vous recommandons sans hésiter! Il y a un entrée juste à côté du bed and breakfast pour les ruines de Pompéi et c’est celle de l’amphithéâtre. Sinon, la porte Marina est à seulement 15 minutes de marche.

Dino was a perfect host. He arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport. It’s directly across the street from one of the entrances to Pompeii. LOTS of restaurants nearby. The breakfast was lovely. We had him lido our laundry and then it was hanging on a rack on our balcony. I love line dried clothes! He even drove us to the train station when it was time to leave.

What a great find. Perfecto location, perfecto host Dino, perfecto property. I just wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful back garden area.

It is a beautiful property and Dino is fantastic. The location is perfect. It is right across the street from Pompeii Ruin. Pompeii is also perfect as a base visiting the area including Solento, Amafi coast and Naples. Not only it is cheaper, it is a lot less touristy. I will definitely come back for longer stay

Amazing weekend stay. Lovely accomodation & breakfast but what elevated our stay over any other was the owner Deano. He went out of his way to make our short break really special.The location is also perfect for the Pompeii ruins, literally 1 minute walk over the road to the entrance.
