We rented this house for a guys hunting weekend. It was awesome. Plenty of room, spacious and new. All of my buddies complimented the house and were happy. The house is new so some things were not put in place like the heater for the hottub and some towel racks but other than that it was fantastic. Frio River Vacation staff are awesome too.

The bedrooms all had multiple beds except the master. Except 2 bedrooms that were adjacent, all were spread out for privacy & quiet. Grandkids loved the pool & hot tub.

Where can I start , except totally , profoundly happy . It is so peaceful , beautiful , and enjoyable . As soon as we walked in our rental . Laughter and awww never stoped . Rooms are spacious , comfortable . Kitchen was where my heart stoped for a few seconds . The living room was amazing . The outside rooms were fantastic . The pool area , outdoor bar , grilling area was amazing . The fire pit , grandkids truly enjoyed making s’mores . We were in that pool and jacuzzi night and day . Took walks , during the mornings and nights . This place is truly an amazing place . Everything made our hearts so full of joy . We plan to go back again next year . With gods grace families 3rd vacation . We highly record to at least go have a vacation there . Let the place speak to you and , tell you you’re coming back again and again . Great job for keeping up with the homes .

My family and I loved this home. It was quiet, lots of room for family and friends. The living are is a nice place to gather. The kitchen is spacious enough to cook along with others. The pool area keeps everyone so happy they won’t want to leave the house. We will have unforgettable memories from our stay here. We thank you for that.

Loved the house. Enough room to sleep comfortably. Grandkids loved the pool. That is why we always make sure there is a pool when we vacation. Enough room for everyone to do their own thing like playing different games or going down to the river especially the older grandkids. ❤️❤️❤️
