Lovely place which is a stone throw from the beach and shops. Clean and tidy with friendly staff. If i had to find an issue, it would be with my breakfast tomato. Warmed under a grill and still raw and rock hard, but thats probably just me. Overall a wonderful stay.

An overnight stay which was a loyalty redemption,have a lovely seaview,room is huge & comfortable,very clean,small car park for about 8 cars & we got a space,check in at reception was quick & friendly,didn't see a lift in hotel & were on 2nd floor but stairs were fine,my first impression on arrival was i would definitely stay here again & hopefully the same room

Lovely room with sea view. Large comfortable bed and a good selection of tea and coffee. An excellent full English for breakfast - probably one of the best we’ve ever had! Only one small negative - really cheap and flimsy loo roll! Will definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic stay at The Beach Hotel, Minehead. From check in to leaving we had the best experience. Staff warm and welcoming. Rooms clean, spacious and with a great view.(Porlock Bay room)Plenty of choice for beverages in the room and we were given fresh milk during check in which we thought was a lovely touch. Breakfast was flavoursome with juices, teas and coffees on offer with cereal and croissants, jam, honey and marmalade.The cooked breakfast was ordered during check in and again tasty. I had a cheese omelette and my husband the fried English. Location also ideal and travel options on hand if you wanted to travel a little bit further. We’d also like to recommend the cinema in town- well worth a visit. We will recommend the hotel to friends and family and will definitely return. Many thanks to all for making our stay so pleasurable.

Great property

Booked and paid for a family room, double bed and sofa bed, turned up to just a double bed, my 18 year old son didn’t want to share a bed hence booking a family room, apparently fully booked so split a double bed into 2 singles. Very disappointed as very small beds.

The hotel has obviously

Stay was good, staff friendly, food excellent.

The rooms were decent, however a few stains on the bedding and curtains and black mold on the window edges. Stains on the carpet too. I stayed in the suite and two others stayed in a 2x single bed room. They said the mattresses were hard to sleep on, not soft at all. Additionally, there was an incident downstairs in the lobby, in which we were sorting through our belongings and amongst them were sanitary towels. The receptionist ran off to go around the bar and were whispering and giggling with the bartender girls while looking at our family. Very immature, and made us feel uncomfortable about something that is entirely normal for women. One of my family members was especially affected because they have autism, and the reaction from the staff made them feel embarrassed and very uncomfortable. That was the only really bad part of the experience. The breakfast is decent, hashbrowns were a bit solid and burnt but other than that very good. There was an older woman, a member of staff who was very lovely and helpful towards the end of our stay however, so thank you very much.

A bit cold inside but the weather was awful so a little expected

Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely feel to the bar and restaurant with a coastal theme. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Delicious food in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

My room had an excellent Seaview and overlooked the West Somerset Railway. Close to the local bus stop. The Bathroom could be improved by installing a grab rail, on the wall about 24" above the bath edge. I found it difficult to to control the shower temperature. The management could consider installing thermostat controlled taps etc. It could also help the environment by usi g less water and energy. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The Beach Hotel is virtually on the station platform. To wake up to smell of the steam form the engines. No smoke in your room! They are not noisy as they dont start up early morning or late at night. Every thing is within walking distant or mobility scooter. The Beach hotel has no lift. Rooms are easy to scooter around. The food is fantastic no faults at all. It is run by the YMCA offering homeless people, people with Autism and special needs, they get a chance to earn hospitality skills to enable them to work in the wider places. Such a good place to start a holiday.

So recommendable. We traveled for 13 days around the south of England, Here we had the nicest room and a supremely breakfast. So many stars from here:-)

One night business stay, very clean and tidy nice shower, my room overlook station Good breakfast , for me could do with an earlier breakfast time say 7-30, as I was working but for holidays. Not a problem

Just a one nighter. Lovely light, clean comfortable and airy room. Very friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff were so friendly. Excellent location, amazing value. Will definitely stay again.

The shower kept going hot and cold. They were not serving food apart from breakfast. The staff were very friendly.
