I have stayed at the Staybridge for several years when in OKC for business and love it. However, the last time I was here, they had started charging $12.00 a day for parking. They have a big open parking lot with nothing around. Charging for parking seems like greed to me when they never did before. It just across from Bass Pro Shops who don’t charge for park.

Lovely room and very spacious. The suite had all the amenities. I appreciated the communal areas like the great den, the library, and the large breakfast area. The food was delicious. The pet area and outside area to sit was very enjoyable.

I no make me pay for parking when there is ample room to park. Room and hotel are new and was very nice. Whatever they had in there scent machine in entrance where you check in it was choking me. If someone has asthma they will have an attack.

Spacious clean room. Super breakfast. Located within walking distance of restaurants, bars, baseball field. Nice gym and pool.
No social time as mentioned. No lounge. Paid parking which I’ve never encountered with a lot that was like every other lot in every other hotel and have never paid for!
Wouldn’t be my first choice next trip.

The hotel itself is very nice the rooms are bright and large and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. My problem is that I booked this hotel knowing it had an outdoor pool. I was spending the weekend with my daughter-in-law and my granddaughter who is five years old. I drove seven hours to meet them in Oklahoma City. When we checked in nothing was said that the pool was out of commission. We didn’t find out Until an hour later when we walked downstairs to the pool area in our swimsuits and pool toys, install a very green murky pool. Nothing was said to me at check-in. If I had known before I checked in I would have searched for another hotel in the Oklahoma City area that had an outdoor pool. But after a 7 hour drive and my grand daughter being excited about the room(we were already unpacked and settled in) we decided to stay put. So I paid full price for a hotel that its main amenity wasn’t available. All the manager would do was apologize.

Pool was closed and after a long road trip the kids just wanted to be in the pool. If I had known the pool was out of order we would have booked somewhere else. The shower didn’t drain and someone could slip easily because of that. The toilet kept making noises during the night.

We called early if we could check in at 2pm verse standard check in at 3, they stayed no, but at 3, room would be ready. We arrive and they say sorry your room still is not ready at 3:45pm. Staff member stated they would come get us in waiting room, after 30min. I see housekeeping leaving for their shift. I ask the front desk if my room is now ready, they act surprised and say yes of course! I was annoyed they didn’t acknowledge their mistakes.

The only complaint I have is the train tracks are right next to hotel and is loud at times. Besides that is is a great value for the price, clean and comfortable.

The staff were very nice but there was one morning many of the breakfast items & drinks were empty. There was at least 30-40 more minutes of breakfast time and the kitchen staff were in their area laughing and having a great time and tables were not wiped off. My husband asked them for eggs and about 8-10min later they brought him his own plate and then shortly after refilled the serving dish for everyone else. Also, we used expedia to book and they include the fees in their price. Upon check in we were told it was another $12 a day for parking. My husband and i felt taken advantage of by the hotel. This wasn't prior knowledge and was deceptive to appear to offer a lower room price but charge more at check in under the guise of parking.

Hotel itself was good. It was clean and very accessible (walking distance) to the Bricktown area. Breakfast was great. The only problem we encountered was on Saturday. We had two nights reserved but ended up having to leave early so we checked out on Saturday afternoon. My husband asked since we had already paid for our night if he could have a free water to take on the road. The staff acted like he was asking for a kidney. They would not think about it and told him he could buy it. They were very rude about the whole situation. Maybe he was unreasonable asking for it, but it shouldn’t have been such an inconvenience and hassle to them to give it to him seeing that we had already paid for the night that we weren’t staying for. Especially since most hotel give you water for free.

Breakfast wash as good as any hotel I've been in.
Reserved a handicapped suite with a roll in shower and received a suite with a tub. The tub had one grab bar. Not really handicap accessible. The toilet was also not ADA compliant.

have stayed here 4 years in a row, when running in OKC Marathon. Staff has always been very accommodating to needs of runners. (slow runner= late checkout) Also very weather aware plan and place to ride out Oklahoma Storms. Will be booking rooms again for marathon next year.

Was their in the city for marathon. Front desk was friendly and understanding.
Room was excellent. It looked like a furnished apartment. Everything was clean and neat.

Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. Enjoyed it. Parking is limited. Almost all parking was used up. There is a parking fee.

We had a great 3 day stay in OKC at Staybridge. Large and comfortable room with mini kitchen. DON’T LET THE TRAIN TRACKS SCARE YOU! We didn’t notice the proximity to the tracks when booking. After checking in and unpacking our luggage in the mid afternoon, we heard the horn! The train did not sound at all during the night, with first horn noticed again about 6:30AM. Breakfast was much better than the usual fare. The area immediately around the hotel seems safe during the day but is a little sketchy at night with homeless folks wandering around. It is a short drive to Bricktown (Toby Keith’s is good) and Midtown (go to McNellies!). Don't miss the Oklahoma Memorial-sad but extremely well done.

Very comfortable bed; room exceptionally clean; good variety for breakfast - suggest you thicken the vat of oatmeal, it was like water, and please have syrup out by the waffle maker. I would stay here again.
