The most outstanding thing about this excellent property was Norberto - the incredible guy who cannot do enough for you from the moment he makes contact on WhatsApp. He was top class - booked me an airport transfer, explained everything, top restaurant reco’s - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely and in a great spot - but the highlight was defo Norberto. Hospitality at its best 👏👏👏

Great small hotel in central Bari.Close to the old town. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were amazing - really helpful. Lots of eating options nearby. East walk to the station.

Believe it we stayed at this hotel in 2018 and we did not like it and last minute we booked without paying attention, forgot the name. We were shocked at arrival but thanks to Norberto who was extremely friendly and welcoming, he did contain our shock extremely well and turned it to an excellent experience. We felt so bad not to stay an extra night and we thank Norberto for his assistance and orientation to the room and its amenities.
Highly recommend it.

A great, small boutique hotel in the very center of Bari. First of all Bari was a wonderful surprise, beautiful city, clean and full of great restaurants and friendly people. Dilman is right in the center of it all in a-quiet street near a pedestrian area and at a vantage point between the historical part of Bari and the newer one. The rooms are not big but offer a great variety of amenities, including a small kitchen closet. The next door bar/restaurant is perfect for a lovely breakfast, lunch or take out. The service is super friendly and very helpful.
Definitely my fave place to stay in Bari.

This is a beautiful small property. Nothing with anything electrical is easy: the lights, the tv, the shower, etc. They need to have very clear directions in the room.

This is a unique property. It’s very high tech and took a few minutes to figure out how to work some of the controls but it’s sparkling clean and comfortable and right in the heart of town. Definitely would return.

The Dilman is Bari is an excellent small and contemporary boutique Hotel. The staff in particular were fantastic. They were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location and has a restaurant attached next door where a very nice breakfast is served.I could thoroughly recommend the Dilman

We based ourselves in Bari on our first trip to Puglia and were delighted with our accommodation. Not only is it clean, smart and stylish, but it is perfectly located within walking distance of the old town, the old harbour and the station. Despite being close to major shopping streets, it managed to be quiet, particularly at night. The staff are outstanding, all speaking fluent English and ever ready to provide information and restaurant recommendations. We are particularly grateful to Rafaela and Norberto, who were delightful and constantly helpful. All in all, a great place to stay in Bari.

Rafaela was an excellent host! She recommended where to park (we had to pay) but helped us unload and load our luggage, explained everything in great detail and made sure we were well situated before she left us. The place was clean and quiet and had great amenities. The food was excellent.

The staff here are really amazing. Very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and is in the heart of the city. Thankfully they also have smart TVs so you can log into Netflix, etc. Everything you need is just a block or two away (shopping, Old Bari, train station, etc). We enjoyed our stay at Dilman a lot more than our hotels in Rome.
There were only a few minor issues. The bath towels are so small they’re like hand towels. The toilet seats are very high, so if you’re < 5’8” your feet might not even touch the ground. But these are small problems.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the Dilman hotel.

Norberto was a great host when we arrived, he showed us everything and mapped out the area for us. The other front desk staff were very helpful as well. The room was perfect, well appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend

This is the best place to stay in Bari as the location is walking distance to the train station , old town , restaurants, shopping , promenade etc. Both Raphael & Norbert were so pleasant and their service were impeccable. The room was cosy & well equipped. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff were lovely and accomodating. We started in their double room and moved to their suite. Both rooms were great. The bathroom in the double room was better than the suite though. The suite terrace was amazing. The noise from outside (there seemed to be a concert on the Thursday) was loud but otherwise the location was fantastic.
It’s rare to have a lift in this city in small hotels, so that was appreciated too.
Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
We would certainly return.

The woman at the front desk was amazing, and couldn’t of been more helpful!! She was simply put, wonderful!! Everything is walkable from the hotel. There’s great shopping and it’s a quick walk into Old Town. Breakfast was delicious as well. The rooms were extremely clean.
