We had a wonderful time. Hosts were very nice and hospitable. The cabin was perfect for a weekend away. We enjoyed it greatly.

My husband and I visited through the weekend leading up to New Year's and had an excellent stay for our anniversary. Ginger and Philip were fantastic hosts and the property was even better in person than the pictures they have posted. Sitting in the hot tub late night under the bright Texas Stars was a highlight. Location is perfect, close enough to get groceries or eat out but also very quiet. We saw lots of deer plus several beautiful winter sunsets. We ate twice at the Italian garden restaurant. (The calamari and chicken piccata were great!) We also took advantage of the unseasonably warm weather and adventured over to the Wimberley Zipline course plus lots of hiking near the dam and downstream. We would enjoy visiting this property again when we make our way back to Canyon Lake / Wimberley area again. Happy New Year!

Peaceful, beautiful, and close to lots of activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the hummingbird house. Ginger and her husband are so nice also. Great place to stay to get away from it all but still close enough to things and places to eat etc.

If I could give more than 5 stars about communication, ease of check-in process, cleanliness, and location, I sure would give more. The cabin was exceptionally quiet, clean, and cozy. We loved being able to watch deer within feet of the outside double sized hot tub.
The host even told us about a super nice outside concert within a 5 minute drive. This weekend stay added so much comfort to the overall weekend. Thanks so very much!!!

This was a great little get away, it had literally everything we would need, loved the swim spa, and the outside areas around the property. Wish the bed was a little softer, otherwise it was one of the best places we have visited!!!!

Perfect place to stay 2 minutes from canyon lake and 20 minutes from Gruene Owners were super nice snd very helpful. Will definitely return next time in the area.

My friend and I spent the weekend here and it was such a pleasant experience! The cabin was adorable, with beautiful vistas and the swim spa was delightful! Thanks to Ginger and Phillip for being such great hosts! Would highly recommend!

Cute and quiet, just like we like. Spa was awesome, the kids loved it. Wish the listing had been more specific about the lack of a kitchen/cooking area. Glad we didn't buy groceries before coming out.

We went to have a relaxing retreat to the hill country for my 40th birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. Very neat property and the owners are very friendly and took great care of us. We had absolutely everything we needed felt like home away from home.

Nice place near Canyon Lake and Wimberly. Perfect for a couple having a weekend getaway.
Plenty of wildlife, even saw a few humming birds (unusual for this late in the year.) Hosts were friendly as well.
Hope to stay there again.
