This hotel is a hidden gem

We really enjoyed the wide porches outside our room, the Indian River waterway views and the easy walkable dining options. We would love to stay there again.

The owner was so pleasant. We will stay there again for sure.

Kyle was very friendly & helpful since we were late arriving. Our room was super clean & the Inn was very quiet & comfortable. We will definitely be back & highly recommend Davis House Inn. Our only suggestion would be there needs to be a door of some type going into the sink area to prevent the lights bothering those who may still be sleeping. Other than that, this place was great!

Kyle was amazing - very accommodating! Adorable room with an amazing view. The nearby restaurants and bars made for fun days and nights out. We would definitely stay here again! I can’t say enough about our visit.

We love staying at Davis , it always clean and quiet, so relaxing and the rooms are comfortable.

Very quiet little place to stay, great location and very clean! The staff we did see were very polite but the office was never open during our stay. While we had no issues during our stay, I could see there being a problem getting ahold of someone if there was. Absolutely would stay here again!

View from our second floor of the intercoastal was fabulous! The Inn was very quiet and the room was spacious and comfortable. Ownership might want to purchase some new bath towels but all linens were very clean.

There are many things I loved about Davis House Inn. It is in a quiet location. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was hot. Loved the seating area outside of the room. It was a short distance from a wonderful walking path along the river. Many bars and restaurants are within walking distance. My one complaint is the outdated hairdryer and broken iron in the room. I contacted the property manager before our arrival to make sure both were in the room, which they were. However, neither worked. I ended up purchasing a hair dryer to use during my stay. The property manager had to go to Walmart to purchase a new iron for our use. With the exception of these two things, we had a wonderful stay. The bottle of wine was a very nice perk!

We stayed in the Penthouse and it was wonderful, the view you could admire all day. The house was so spacious and had everything you could ever need, and location was perfect.

Very nice room with sitting area. Had some friends over. Kitchenette was plenty. Shirt walk to several restaurants.

Great place - well equipped with everything. Good quality bedding. Owner was friendly. Fish pond was cool. Nice shared outdoor area with chairs, table and grill. Access to riverfront.

It was quite there. The room was very clean. the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I would highly reccommend Davis house inn to anyone who would like to stay there. We would stay there again.

It was cute, quaint, amazing views. Friendly staff and mother nature at its finest. Also enjoy being able to walk down Seafood row! I will be back:-)

The personal was awesome, we got a great experience

Near to Squid Lips. Great restaurant. Can see it from the Inn. Kyle, the innkeeper, was very helpful. They don’t have a full time front desk, but !when I arrived after 9 PM, I called him. He had put the room key in the key drop box by the office door.

Was a perfect spot for New years Eve. Close to lots of restaurants.

It is a great location and a better price than the ones down the street. it is spacious for two people but would sleep 4 because of a futon sofa/couch. It is within walking distance of places to eat. We had a relaxing stay!
