This condo is great for a NSB getaway. We came to relax after Disney days and it was the perfect contrast- everything you need for a beach retreat!

We stayed for just two short nights at the end of our vacation. The owner was very accommodating and responded promptly to questions. The unit has all you need. Beds are comfy and the place is clean and well kept. The pool was perfect for the kids. The beach is very nice. Excellent sand and fun waves to play in. Overall very pleased with our stay and would recommend to others.

This property was absolutely beautiful! The condo was clean, plenty of towels, fully usable kitchen area with supplies, plenty of space and right on the beach as stated in the vrbo add. Mandy was the best host, easy to get a hold of and so pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely be renting from her again in the future! Highly recommend

Perfect beach getaway for families or couples. Something for everyone. So very clean. Rooms were just right. Nice and cool air conditioning. Beach area is steps away and not the crowed busy side. Wish we could of stayed longer. Have already recommended and shared with friends and co workers. Ready for our next trip!

The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we could have needed. The kids enjoyed having multiple smart TVs to sign into and relax watching movies in the evening. It was very clean, inside and out.

It was a beautiful place to stay in, we enjoyed it a lot, but to make sure cleaning crew is there till 3:30-4:00 is crazy, I feel like I only stayed a day in a half.

We stayed here for two weeks…coming and going from Orlando! We live in Central Florida. The property is right on the beach which makes everything convenient. It is an older building/condo but that did not really impact us. The rooms and bathrooms are updated but the kitchen is a little older. Blinds and sliding glass doors were also a little dated. Also it is still in the driving beach of NSB but that didn’t bother us. We had a great time enjoying waves, boogie boarding, watching a a shuttle launch and surfing. Izzy tacos, c waffles and bakers table are good restaurants that are less than 5 min away. Would stay here again.

Overall we really loved this place and would stay here again. You cannot beat being right on the beach and the 2nd floor was perfect for us. Only way location of our room could have been better for us is if it were one of the ones facing the beach/ocean but we faced the pool which was nice also. Plenty of parking, easy location to find and located by plenty of restaurants and shops. The condo was overall great and homey. It had everything we needed and loved that it had a washer and dryer, this made life so much easier after going to the beach and then all of our clothes were clean when we checked out also. If I had to pick anything that I’d change it would be the couch and chairs being not very comfortable and the larger beds moved too easily/on wheels. Also would have loved if they had a pack n play for little ones as we had to bring ours on our flight with us since they didn’t have any. We loved our stay though!

Our family has been coming to New Smyrna Beach for decades and typically stays at Ponce each year. We loved our condo this year! The condo is very clean, bright and well maintained with several upgrades, such as both bathrooms, the flooring, and washer/dryer that is included. Communication with Mandy was great, and we would definitely like to stay here again next year!

We have been staying at PDLT for over 25 years each summer and this unit has been one of most favorite. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay the last few days here! Location was great! 5 min drive to Flagler ave, excellent restaurant right across the street (SoNappa Grill) and Publix a 3 min drive. Beach access was easy and the wash off station before you went through to get back on property was clutch! The hot water was perfect and plentiful for all 6 of us ladies getting ready! Would stay here again !

Communication was awesome. Clean, great beach access. The residents in the community were nice as well!

We loved our stay! The condo is really large, and well appointed. There are beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, and umbrellas in the condo for the beach. The complex was clean and maintained, and the pool area was brand new with lots of chairs and space. Parking and access are super easy. Across the street from the complex are two fabulous restaurants-the upscale SoNapa Grille and the very casual Izzy’s tacos. Both were amazing and accessible by just walking across the road. The beach is wonderful! We were a bit worried about the cars on the beach, but we were happily surprised that this wasn’t an issue after all. The beach is plenty wide for cars, sunning, and sports. Don’t miss the Ice Queen truck that drives down the beach-such great treats! This beach has great swimming, sandbars, and shells. Afternoon shell seeking on the sandbar was great! Our only complaint was dirty dishes in the cabinets. We have run into that in other condos and just wash everything before we use it. Mandy was great and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I came for a get away and this place was perfect. The unit was very clean and the location had all of the amenities and easy access to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The condo was in pristine condition, very well kept and so clean. It must have been recently updated - the bathrooms were beautiful. The 2 bathrooms, plus the bunk beds in the second bedroom, made it so easy to stay here with our kids. The couch even pulled up for an extra sleeping spot. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could think of. There were tons of extra blankets and the air conditioning worked great. It was well above and beyond: there were toys and games for the kids. My 4 and my husband flew that Star Wars kite for hours. The top drawer and closet was filled with so many fun activities for the family! The pool was great: warm water and easy to grab chairs. We spent most of the day on the beach, riding the waves. We walked about 100 yards to the right so there were no cars coming by. This place was perfect! We’d love to stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! All of our questions were answered before we arrived and the condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a blender! There were 3 couples and it was plenty of room for all of us without feeling crowded. Even the couple that got stuck with the sleeper sofa was comfortable! Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Enjoyed easy access to beach and beach equipment. Close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was well equipped with amenities. Would recommend this property.
