Hotel was in a good location to shopping, restaurants and the old town. Very clean modern hotel with a good buffet breakfast.

Finding the hotel was a breeze. Checking in was quick and easy. The person who checked us is in was friendly and provided us with a map and directions to the main haupstrasse district and attractions. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was great with many options. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. We would definitely stay again here. Highly recommended.

Just stayed 2 nights with my boyfriend. Check-in was quick. We were early and were able to check-in earlier for a €15 fee. Location is great. Beautiful hotel. Bed was so comfortable.
Only "negative" things are the tv (only german/dubbed channels. And the parking garage under the hotel has a fee which it doesn'tsay on hotels.com or on the sign when entering the garage. . On the sign it says "hotel guests only" and to report at the reception. Nothing about a fee, so we were under the impression that it was included. We got charged almost €40 for parking.. That was a bit disappointing since it was unexpected. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

The property was wonderful. Clean and in a great location. One girl on reception was rude, nasty and actually rolled her eyes at us. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my travels. I would not stay there again.

Everything was very clean and staff are exceptionally friendly. Good breakfast room options, but website does not tell you how much breakfast costs when booking. Only concern was air conditioning not working in the room. The room stayed about 85F all night which made sleeping very uncomfortable. We arrived so late at night that by the time we were in bed and noticed the room was not cooling, we were to tired to pack up and ask for another room. We were on ground floor, so did not feel safe opening patio door all night to fool room dowm. No windows other than the patio door.

We had originally booked one night at the hotel, but wanted to stay for a second. The hotel was fully booked but the team very kindly phoned when a room became available for us. We were so grateful.
The hotel is lovely - extremely comfortable and a good location. Nice bar area and good breakfast which is reasonably priced.
It would be good to have a kettle and fridge in the rooms.

Great hotel - really good location in the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a really good size and bathroom was also good with a lovely shower and room for toiletries. The hotel is opposite a really handy shopping centre and near city centre car parks, which was useful as there's no reserved space at their own car park and it show as full several times.

We arrived early but things were moved around (I think) and we were allowed to check in immediately. The room was spacious and quiet with a view of the breakfast terrace. Breakfast itself was amazing, don't miss it!

The room was clean and comfortable with all the basic necessities. No view but that didn’t matter to us. Service was friendly. Do note a few things though- parking is available but comes at €18 per night. The hotel’s description listed laundry facilities as being available but apparently this does not exist. Reception was helpful in pointing us to the nearest laundromat but I think the hotel should correct its inaccuracies. Thirdly, we noticed that the floor towels and hand towels are exactly the same. I am really not sure what to make of that!

The property was incredible clean and tidy. The bed was large and comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast and bar, so overall a nice hotel. Only complaint was the check-in and especially check-out process took a long time. Having two people at the reception would have helped a lot.

The only reason we would not give it a 5 is that the air conditioning was not on yet and it was extremely warm in the room. They did provide a small fan which did help. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The hotel is in a great location, easy walking distance from shops and the 'old town'.
Staff were great, particularly Tengo in the bar who had some great recommendations.
They don't allow motorcycles in their garage for some reason, but allow you to park around the back of the hotel for free. It seemed safe and secure enough, but the garage would have been more convenient.
Only other thing is finding the place for the first time. Local building work has the road closed at one end, access is through what appears to be a pedestrian zone. This could have been made clear at booking.

Friendly reception Easy smooth check in, nice clean rooms. Breakfast was chaotic basically a free for all no checking of room numbers you also have to book a time slot for breakfast a first for me.
