The swimming pool and the young guy behind the reception was kind!

At arrive the employee gave us no information at all. The room had a bad smell. We asked for her to check the room but she was too busy. We did get a new room. The staff almost didn’t speak English and was not friendly. There was loud music until late. They are really nice to the influencers and not to the regular guests. The influencers were aloud to order food for there children at the swimming pool and the regular guests were told that it was not possible to order food. Next to that, the menu at the restaurant is really expensive. There a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast was oké!

The hotel location is amazing. I would say the most beautiful area close to Cannes. For those who love quiet and nature, morning runs straight from the bed, this is for sure a place to be.

For me, cleanness is the key. I was so disappointed when I entered the room. I was looking forward to even staying longer at the property, as this area is so beautiful, and many things to explore. From the entrance, it was visible that the room wasn't clean. Dust and shirt were all over the place. The bathroom was "clean" but with dirty footprints on the floor. In the bedroom, above the head, there were a few centimeters of dust, so during your sleep you breathe very heavily. The balcony was so cute, but not possible to use, as the chairs were very dirty, and all area wasn't prepared for guests. Too bad, that I couldn't use what I have paid for and I was so excited to stay at Casarose. The staff didn't care at all when I approached them about the room's cleanliness. They offered to change the room, and the other one was even worse. I had a feeling that they are used to complaints. All in all, if they improve their customer satisfaction in the way of offering what is shown in the pictures it would be alright. Till then these prices are too high. The value for this paid money is very low. And they have 4 stars.
