Our large family gathered at this beautiful home on the lake. The house was spacious and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside on the large decks overlooking the lake. Great memories, laughter and fun!

The owners were very easy to work with and the property was great! The pictures do not do justice. Excellent location with plenty of room to spread out and lots to do!

Would give higher than 5 stars! The online pics do not do justice to this home. It is beautiful! I often rent on vrbo and have had wonderful experiences. This has been the best yet! The owners were wonderful and very attentive to any need or question we may have had. But, they literally thought of everything. Our greeting was wonderfully welcoming. The home is beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable and PERFECT LOCATION! We love skiing on the LLANO side of the lake, docking at the sand bar and floating. The water was perfect every day! The location puts you in calmer water with less boat traffic, centrally located to all branches of the lake. H.E.B. Is a 5 minute drive. splash town a five minute boat ride. The home is Located in a Very quiet neighborhood and just a walk away from boat town burger bar, pizza, and live music. We rented a boat, water toys and two jet skis from Splash rentals conveniently located just across the lake. Docking was so easy with the newly installed docking pads. The patio and pool areas very spacious and comfortable. We Enjoyed time in the pool/ hot tub! ALL beds/ bedrooms/bath were very comfortable! We Enjoyed cookIng in the large kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed and then some! The ice maker was a great bonus! . We enjoyed time in the game room, great for all ages! The video game was another great bonus for the kids! My list could go on and on…. But to summarize our time at BIG BLUE … PERFECT AND PRICELESS FAMILY TIME IN A PERFECT HOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WILL DEFINITELY RETURN! Thank you KATHY for making our stay “ THE BEST YET!

Can’t say enough good things about this property! First of all, the owners could not be more accommodating or gracious. This home has everything. Beyond well equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms with luxury towels and products, game room for kids and adult fun, pool with views, kayaking and paddle boarding, and the perfect sitting areas to soak in beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect in every way. We will not hesitate for one second to book a second vacation at Big Blue on Lake LBJ.

Great location! Beautiful views! Close to everything! House is well stocked. Ice machine was a plus! Loved that it also had two refrigerators! My family and friends were sad to leave!

This was our first stay at Big Blue and our experience was even better than advertised on VRBO. Our family and friends completely enjoyed our stay. We had ten in total and had more than enough room. Some of the highlights: Great location - where it is on the water and land. Calm waters because house is located close to no-wake zone and cove/canal. From land perspective, walking distance to food options (Boat Town, etc) and within 5 minutes to HEB. Incredible house - great back patio, pool, hot tub, jet ski slip, kayaks, paddle board, pool table, well equipped kitchen... and so much more. Also, the owners responded to every request, were very accommodating and were extremely attentive. We had an amazing vacation at Big Blue and look forward to going back again soon!

The house was great and fit everything we were looking for to celebrate the 4th as a family that came from a few different cities. We would definitely recommend this home ri anyone.
