The home was well kept and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool, sitting area around the pool and grill as well.

It was a very nice comfortable house In a nice neighborhood that was quite comfortable and charming. I had an excellent time and Jerome. The manager is an excellent property manager and communicator who made me feel much at ease.

The house was exactly like in the photos. The pool is a great bonus and the screen makes it more usable. Clean and cozy it was perfect for us with two children. About twenty minutes from the Golden Sand beach. The contact person Jerome was quick to respond to our questions and willing to help. I definitely recommend this beautiful house.

We had a great time and are very thankful we decided to stay here rather than at a hotel. The house was just as lovely as the pictures showed. The pool was a huge bonus for us. It was relaxing after a long day in the sun watching baseball. We also enjoyed the covered patio out by the pool during the brief rain showers. Jerome checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was ok. We had no issues at all during our stay. This house was perfect for our 10 day stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We tried several of the suggested restaurants and loved them. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

We rented this house for a month. Loved everything about it! Looks newly flipped. Everything was clean, new furniture and appliances. Well stocked including pool towels. Sleeper couch in the living room was comfortable. Pool was well maintained and had weekly cleaning. Weekly lawn maintenance. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again. House manager Jerome called to check in with us throughout our stay and was friendly and responsive. We had zero issues.

Stayed for 6 nights in March. Great location in Sebastian. Easy to get to everything. House is lovely with plenty of space and comfortable beds. We appreciated the large kitchen, nice patio area and the beach towels, chairs, etc. available to use. Jerome was responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The first the we noticed when we walked in the door was that the place outright smelled clean, and not in a chemically fabreze way, but in an actual clean way. If you've ever dealt with rental properties before, you know that the place being clean isn't always a guarantee. Here, we were instantly comfortable- the property is clearly loved and maintained. The house is spacious without being cold, had plenty of amenities from pool toys to board games, and was pretty well stocked with whatever you may need. We even enjoyed the little house rules binder, which gave the real sense that the owners are probably pretty great people. We were in Sebastian visiting family we hadn't seen in years, and everyone who dropped by wouldn't stop ranting about how much they loved the place. The outdoor area was great, the pool was fun, and there were plenty of toys to keep everyone entertained. The TVs were all nice, we had no issues with the A/C the wi-fi was great, and you're close to everything you need as far as food and gas. If I were to come up with any cons about the property (because I never trust reviews that don't have any complaints) they would all be non-factors. The front door lock was a bit annoying to deal with, there's no garbage disposal, no garage clicker, and the blinds could occasionally be tricky. As you see, I'm reaching for complaints here... The house is in a good location and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. What more do you need? I have zero issues recommending the house at all. If you're unsure, please don't second guess: we spent literally days combing through other listings, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. You will be too.

This first thing we noticed about this place is how clean it was- we walked in and it just smelled clean. And not like, chemical clean, just clean. If you've had any experience with VRBOs, you know that cleanliness isn't always a guarantee, so this immediately put us at ease. My fiancee is one tough cookie when it comes to things like this- she's a nightmare when we stay at hotels- and even she had nothing but good things to say. We were visiting Florida for kind of a big deal family trip, so we had a lot of boxes that needed to be checked: the entertaining space and kitchen were great, the pool was fun and stocked with water toys, and the outdoor sitting area was perfect for for everyone . As people came to visit, they wouldn't stop talking about how nice the house was. The bedrooms all had TVs, extra blankets, and were very comfortable. The neighborhood itself is really quiet and safe, and it's located near a supermarket as well as a gas station. As for what we didn't like, it was just small nitpicky stuff- and because I don't trust reviews that don't tell me the cons, I'll say that the front door lock was a bit annoying sometimes, and there was no clicker for the garage, so we had to park in the driveway, which was not an issue at all since the neighborhood was safe. That's the only complaints, and they're reaching. We actually liked the place so much we extended our stay 3 nights. There was also zero issues with the AC. We would easily stay here again!

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again. The only problem was the air could not be set below 74degrees

The house was clean and spacious. Nice pool and screened outdoor seating area. Jerome was very helpful and came the first day to add YouTube tv so we could watch news etc. Furniture was basic and functional. Nice quiet residential area. Sebastian has good restaurants and a lovely beach.
