This house was lovely. It’s huge with very big spacious rooms and lots of space to move around. The kitchen was massive and well stocked with appliances and wares. The house was impeccably clean. The location was perfect for our needs. It’s a very busy street with a few sketchy characters walking outside but we still felt safe and no one bothered us. I highly recommend. Will stay here again

Really quite, easy to locate, clean, spacious. Had a little issue with the heating system but overall a really good experience.

My co teacher and I brought our adolescent students to Chattanooga to visit Ruby Falls, the aquarium, and Rock City. This house was perfect for their ages, but only the upstairs area. Downstairs was so nice and had a lot of furniture and sculptures teenagers could break, but luckily that did not happen. Beautiful house! Owner was very quick to reply and also let us come back to get something we forgot after check out. Would definitely come again.....without students :)

Very nice property. Was perfect for our family. Some comments though: Check in instructions said “front door”. Key pad was on back door. There was no Keurig coffee maker as stated If we return we will definitely bring better quality paper towel

Exactly what our family of 7 adults needed for a short stay.

The stay was wonderful the house was everything they said it would be. Wonderful memories. The only thing suggest is replacing the plastic chairs with a better quality of chairs. One of the chairs broke after I sat in it. Thank God I was not hurt but overall the stay was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect and Managment was on point. I highly recommend it if you plan to visit Chattanooga. It’s just minutes from the city. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything we needed was available and easily accessible.

The home was stunning, clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our family gathering. With the exception of not having an iron or accessing local tv channels, it was an experience we all will remember. We’d love to return in the near future! Thank you!

It was perfect for what we needed. Close to sights of Chattanooga but not in downtown busy area. Quick and easy to get to Rock City, St. Elmo snd Bluff Arts District. Spacious and clean place to stay.

5 of us stayed for a weekend Home is HUGE! We had lots of space to connect with one another & have quiet time. The biggest issue we had was the BUGS. We saw or killed about 21 bugs in the house. It was annoying and some ladies had trouble sleeping b/c of it. That being said, I have no reason to believe the bug issue won’t be rectified. I just know, our group may not stay again because of it. A few things to know: - There is a small house at the back of the property. Someone appears to live there, but it was no problem at all - Bought our own bath mats and rugs… - Bathrooms were well-stocked w/ full size body wash, shampoo, etc - No empty cabinets in the kitchen (all are stocked with dishes). - Fridge opens but is close to a wall. Door doesn’t swing back. So, the food drawers hardly open - Landlord is very responsive and eager to assist - Listing says 4 baths… just know it’s 3.5. The 2 bedrooms on main floor have private baths. There is also a half bath on that floor. There is one full bath upstairs for the 3 bedrooms. None of the bathrooms have tubs - There area several smart TV’s in the house with pre-installed apps.

Beautiful house!

Very comfortable for out of town family to gather with our in town family to celebrate my daughter's 50th birthday. The location was convenient for the comings and goings of the weekend. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook dinner for the group Saturday night. We plan on staying in the future. The whole house was truly luxurious.

This was a beautiful, clean, spacious property. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. I don’t think I’ve stayed in a cleaner home and the decor was very interesting. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

No basic TV, Small beds, only one bathroom upstairs To accommodate 3 bedrooms. Couldn't even watch the football game

The home was very clean, super spacious, and comfortable for the whole group of us. However, it was a bit undersupplied. There were no bathmats, which was actually a problem given that the floors by the showers were tile and very slippery when wet. We used towels for bathmats but then had too few towels for all of the guests. Unfortunately, laundry was not available, though to be fair, it was not offered as an amenity. We must have assumed for a house that large catering too so many people that laundry was a given. Otherwise, there could have been a few more kitchen supplies but overall the kitchen basics were available. We did enjoy our stay, and the location was good and convenient to all of the attractions in Chattanooga. We would suggest the owner update the listing to clarify the lack of laundry as the list of amenities is so long it is easy to miss.
