This hotel is very convenient. Mini market and bus stop ate just outside of the hotel. But the room itself is old and there are lots of ants. The bathroom is very small. The only thing that I like is the balcony is very big and have a nice view.

Hotel was in incredible location, and rooms are cave style which is very cool! Staff was initially friendly, but not very accommodating when came time to check out and they could not contact cab for our ferry, nor take more than one trip to assist with bags, but overall the stay itself was very nice, staff at reception (such as Fioli and others) were very friendly, and the pool area is spectacular

An amazing stay. The views are incredible. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and helped us book a dinner reservation and sunset sailing cruise. They were available to help and provide recommendations leading up to and throughout our stay. The pool area was very nice and never that busy.

An absolute must stay place in Santorini!! The views were just breathtaking, with a perfect sight of the blue dome churches and white/ blue mountain esthetic. It was walkable (like 3 minutes walking from) to restaurants and shops as well as must see sights. The customer service was incredible. From the front desk to the gentleman helping us carry bags. It was quiet despite being so close to convenient locations and just absolutely perfect.

The best hotel in Santorini! We absolutely loved our stay at Strogili traditional houses and cannot wait to come back! Check in was so easy and we were able to get an uber to the front of the accomodation. The lady on reception was so lovely and made our stay so pleasant. The room was beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. The pool and facilities were great and a perfect way to spend a day taking in the ocean view. Super close to all of the shops and restaurants as well! Cannot recommended this place enough, we will definitely not stay anywhere else in Santorini in the future!

This is a really nice place to stay. Lovely welcome and staff. Decent breakfast on the balcony with stunning view. Short walk to the main pedestrianised area. Great dinner recommendations. Pool is a good size and was empty. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in one of the traditional houses and had a wonderful stay! The view is fantastic, the staff are extremely helpful and the hotel is perfectly located - it is in a quiet area despite Oia’s main street being within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

The front desk staff was very professional, friendly, good communication and very approachable. The parking is just across the road from the main office. It was free. The staff helped and took the luggage from the car to our room which was very much needed. There was a mini mart at the corner and it was handy. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette (fridge and sink); the beds were comfy, the wash room was spacious with ample supply of towels, and shower/bath accessories. Walkable distance to all good restaurants and shopping. Loved our stay and highly recommend it. Spectacular views.

Pros:
The location of the property is excellent. The views are absolutely gorgeous. We had the famous caldera view from the outside seating area. It is very close to the famous Oia walk. The bus stop is across the property. The supermarket is right next to the property. It was a great experience staying in the cave houses. Sophia from the front desk was accommodating and communication with the property was excellent.
Cons: we didn’t enjoy the breakfast. There were not many hot breakfast options. Also, the cleaning crew wasn’t cleaning the utensils in the sink properly. I saw food stains, or leftover food on the utensils every time after they cleaned them.

Excellent receptionist, very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome during our stay. she helped us with all our questions, even offered to book for us reservations at local restaurants and call local taxi, gave us tips on a “secret sunset spot” away from the crowd and her favorite restaurant recommendations! Beautiful property with our room that had a lovely balcony with a view of the caldera. Location was perfect - in the heart of Oia, but still quiet, safe, and charming. Definitely recommend and would go back!!

I loved this place! It was so pretty and uniquely Greek! The structure/style was very traditionally Greece. Looked like a white cave apt. Very expensive stay but I wanted to have that authentic experience. Many restaurants and souvenir shops walking distance. Our view and private area was amazing! Highly recommend! Sophia was great and very helpful. For the high price free breakfast should be included and maybe slippers and use of Robes.

The most amazing views from our room. Great location just out of busy area of Oia. Easy access and walk to main shopping area , taxis, and reception straight from road and not too many steps to rooms like some other properties I’ve stayed in. Beautiful pool and bar. Lovely breakfast served on our balcony. Staff very helpful and friendly

We arrived in Oia and had a transfer bring us to the hotel. It was such a great location if you are looking to be close to Oia. Right next to the hotel was a market and a rental car office. There is also an amazing restaurant, MIA so close.
The reception staff is incredibly helpful and thorough. They started by going through the map of Santorini and asking us about our plans. Get the breakfast to be included in the room rate, it is so worth it. It’s beautiful to eat outside too.
Their staff assisted us with our bags down the stairs and then back up when we were leaving. We ended up renting a car and they had free parking which was perfect. Their pool was also just a short walk and had a bar in that area as well.
Only a short walk from all the shops in Oia. We preferred the shopping in Fira, but a great stroll down the Oia walkways anyway.

Very nice hotel at the entrance of Oia. It has private parking which is very convenient if you rent a car in Santorini. The view from the studio in the annex is incredible. There are some steps to climb up and down if you take the annex rooms so this is to be considered. Otherwise take one of the rooms in the main building, they also have nice views. It is 5 min from Oia main street where you have all shops and restaurants. A little market is also avalaible next to the hotel: very helpful whwn you need to buy some water, drinks or snack !

I wasn't sure what to expect - because I've been duped by internet photos before. But this is the real deal - and I dare say it's even better in person. The staff was super friendly and our room was more spacious than I thought it would be. The views were absolutely stunning and the daily breakfast service on the patio was a dream!
We didn't use the pool because it was too cold when we were there, but it looks really nice!
There is a mini market just steps away that was super convenient during our stay and very well stocked. Plus, the property has parking - which in Oia is unheard of!
Seriously, just stay here. If we ever make it back to Santorini we won't go anywhere else!

Had such lovely reception from the staff as well as a perfect view of the caldera. Room was nice and comfy, the balcony was a stand out with the view and the location was great. A shot walk into main town oia but just off the side of the main area so it was quiet at night.

It was disappointing to see that this property didn’t inspect the hot water tank prior to our arrival. We had rusted coloured hot water due to tank water heater corrosion on our first night and we couldn’t take hot shower. Dealing with a staff next day explaining and complaining the situation wasn’t pleasant either. We literally wasted a half day waiting for them to change the water tank so that we can shower and get ready. The hot water supply was also limited and we had to always rush and finish within 5 minutes. Otherwise, we had to shower with cold water. It was definitely stressful to start our Santorini vacation this way!

The airline messed up our flight and shortened our trip by a day. We were too late to cancel or change our hotel reservation. When we got to the hotel, they upgraded us and we had a beautiful ocean view room with hot tub and breakfast served on our patio! They were very helpful with transfers to hotel and directions on getting around! The location was perfect!! I would very much recommend this place to anyone staying in Oia!!

A short walk from the main part of oia, but it was nice not be around the truckloads of tourists from the cruise ships. Property was really nice, great views, and access to a large pool a few steps up. Breakfast was included and as long you filled out your order form the day before, it’s brought to your room to eat with a gorgeous view of the caldera. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Would recommend!

Humidity in the room made it hard to breathe. Tried to keep the door open all day to air the room to reduce the smell but it didn’t help. There is some mold on the shower ceiling. The room is not cosy so wouldn’t stay there again. The view and location was good but many places in santorini have that.
