Clean bed tv, Ash receptionist was extremely helpful showing us places to go . Quiet room good night sleep with breakfast. All in all a very nice place would recommend to anyone.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Double bed comfortable, second single bed not very comfortable. Nice to have a little kitchen in the room although we didn't use it. Bathroom clean but a bit tired with fittings starting to break. Very convenient for a trip into central London. Station about a mile away on foot and car park is free. Train ride to Victoria very quick.

The room was dated and in poor condition. Stained towels provided and the mattress was sagging in the middle. We only used it to sleep in but still was not something we’d put ourselves through again.

Very cozy ,clean and comfortable stay only downside was water pressure no hand soap and toilet didn't flush to well other than a great place to stay.

We have stayed in this hotel quite a few times and each time the staff get better. I found them quite unfriendly in the earlier stays. I have also stayed here alone I am female over 60 and felt totally safe. My husband was impressed as the bed we had last time was king size and very comfortable. Most rooms we have stayed in have TV, microwave, fridge, kettle which are very useful. I have even stayed in one that had a kitchenette. Some of the bathrooms are quite small but modern clean and adequate. Some rooms have quirky decor. They have clearly tried to make the most of converting the building into a hotel. The surrounding area is lovely. Parking obviously a bonus. 15/20 mins walk to Bromley South into Victoria on fast train in 18 mins. Or Bromley North even closer to Charing Cross in approx 40 mins. It is in a leafy part of Bromley North. Very convenient to us as our family live around the corner. Some nice parks not too far away. Great base for touring the area. Last visit I went to Biggin Hill Airbase and Museum on the bus in half an hour excellent transport links if you don't want to use car. I would recommend this hotel although I have never eaten there as we normally eat out with our family at one of the many restaurants pubs etc in the town.

The hotel is in a beautiful old property. Unfortunately the room left a lot to be desired, the mattresses we so soft, they compressed to the base and the bed i had was propped up with a piece of wood. There was no light above the kitchenette and the light above my daughter's bed did not work. The water pipes made an awful knocking sound whenever a tap/ shower was turned on, this also happened in the other rooms, because we were woken by the noise. This is not a place i would stay again.

A friendly hotel with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. Stayed one night, all was fine.

Good hotel close to town center. Rooms are of a good standard with useful amenities such as a fridge & microwave etc.I stayed on a room only basis but they do offer breakfast & evening meals if you want it.

Lovely staff and the rooms have geest bathrooms and are quit, public transport is arround the corner, overalll w'ere happy

Hotel is in a quiet leafy road. I have stayed before but this time had better room. I haven't eaten here as family live close by. Hotel is quirky. One guy who was in the reception area was really friendly and carried my bags up to my room. The older gent on the desk just checks you in and does not interact at all. I found this last time and it's very odd that he doesn't ask if you need any info about the area etc. Also did not ask if everything was OK with the room🤔 The hotel is dated but my room was clean and comfortable. It's very convenient for Bromley itself and onward trains into Victoria from Bromley South a 20 minute walk away. Buses also go from Bromley North to B. South Station. This is 5 minutes walk from hotel. Fast trains into Victoria take about 20 minutes. Bromley has lots of shops and restaurants.

Room very small. Breakfast finished at 9.30am and check out at 10.30. Not great.

Nice people, clean room, close to bus and train stops as well local pub. Television never worked though nor did we ever manage to stop up bathtub drain to take a bath.

Hotel was okay Room was quit small and sometimes smelly like curry from next door.

If there had been soap in bathroom, a spare toilet paper & tissues in the bedroom it would have been 99/100!! Very helpful staff.

On arrival they told me they did not have a booking for me and it had been cancelled. I showed them the live booking on the Hotels.com app but no luck. I was unable to reach Hotels.com as their support system is appalling. Eventually i had to pay againfor a room, this all delayed my plans. Hours later they called me to say they found my booking. Days later i received a refund. The hotel itself was just OK, expensive for what it is and i would always now use a local travelodge instead.

My booking was not in the reservations book but I was fortunate that there was one room left. Tiny room. No AC. Milk for tea was lumpy. Not the cleanest. Disappointing.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Food was good

They were extremely accomodating the fact that my friend was doing the london marathon so we were coming and going at all times of the day. Good breakfast and the mini kitchen in the room was great. Shower amazing!!
