I really enjoyed the atmosphere and all the staff were really sweet and attentive. The food and room were amazing! I’m definitely coming back for more nights 😊

This property was not cleaned well. The chrome on the elevators is not polished, the door in the room apparently wasn't wiped down. The microwave had grease from previous guest. I wiped it off. Room 621 has a stale odor and the bathroom basin was stopped up. I think the daily maintenance is lacking. I did not think I should be charged $7.00 a day for parking. My room was changed and I appreciate that.

Loved the room. Bathroom, beds everything is so clean and neat. Smells good and breakfast is great and tasty

Great stay

Overall great property. Jamie the hotel manager however is terrible. Poor customer service, trumping up erroneous charges by charging me 250.00 for smoking in my room which is completely false. Legal action has been taken.

The Good: For the price, solid option, huge room with a great view and the rooftop is an added plus. Also the service was great and right by all the restaurants downtown. The Bad It was kind of clean… seemed more like a long term hotel which wasn’t exactly what I wasn’t looking for. Rooftop has a party hall and it’s very loud.

My go to hotel for business in Augusta GA. This hotel has a attached parking garage and plenty of good dining options within walking distance.

Easy to get to , very clean facilities

property stuck out like a sore thumb it is not a safe feeling neighborhood. Room was small feeling . Bed was uncomfortable. especially at this price point and hotel was quite noisy for the limited number of people staying there. Breakfast was ice cold and the food tasted quite processed. Tried the eggs and potatoes both were ice cold. Sausage looked unapetizing. settled for some fruit and a bagel. Glad it was a one night stay and will not return to this Hyatt.

I liked that it appeared to be a fairly new facility. It was clean and breakfast amenity was very good. I didn't like that my room was only serviced once during the five days, so the trash was left to collect in small recepticals.

I really enjoyed staying at this motel room but I would recommend calling the hotel if you plan on booking because of the rooftop bar! I spent good money on a room based off of wanting to be up on the roof bar but they had a class reunion up there and it was closed to all the other paying customers! So like I said if you plan on going to this hotel based off of the rooftop bar definitely call in advance cuz I would have gotten a different room if I would have known.

We had to stay 5 nights at the Hyatt House due to a medical emergency in the family. We couldn’t have been happier with the property. The rooms were nice and super clean. The front desk guy David was so nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I’m ever back in downtown Augusta I know where I’m staying.

Awesome

Some sketchiness on the street in the late-night hours (10 and later) but the hotel itself seemed safe and secure. We parked in the hotel multilevel parking garage and that seemed safe. Was really convenient to the downtown area (we were in town for a show at the Imperial Theater) and the complimentary breakfast was THE BEST I have ever had!

Would definitely stay again

Our stay was good. The only problems we had was the room wouldn’t quite get cold enough and the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. Overall a good stay and would most likely return.

Great hotel

We booked this hotel as we wanted to be not too far from the Augusta National and also walkable to restaurants. It fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel is 10 mins easy drive to the course. Hotel parking is super easy and cheap $7 a day. We arrived at 9 pm and got straight out for something to eat. We found some nice places nearby. There are a few boarded up shops but don't let that put you off. The room was comfortable. Not fancy, but perfect for what we needed. Shower and bathroom nice, modern and clean. Housekeeping forgot to do our room even though we asked but it was no big deal. We are capable of making our own bed. There were plenty of towels. If you want breakfast there is a decent selection. Much better than some of the other chain hotels. The staff were all without exception nice and friendly. Which in my book makes a massive difference. If you are going to Augusta, this is a great option.
