The place was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, and the bedroom and bathroom were spacious (probably the biggest we had on our trip). The bed was OK. But the pillows drop my rating a lot. I was in Europe for 3 weeks, and these were the worst pillows in the entire trip. There was no stuffing or support at all. I hope they'd invest in new pillows... that is a pretty cheap investment for something so critical.
Also, if you check in after hours, their keypad thing is truly ridiculous. It took us 20 minutes standing in the dark before we figured out how to make it work, by studying the behavior very closely. They truly should put some money into fixing that because it is so bad. And I'm an engineer who works with electronics daily.

It was a nice small hotel in a small village. It came with a nice European breakfast.
Every thing was good except for not much ventilation in the room and no air conditioning. They let us borrow a fan for the last night so that helped.

It is a small town and has it's own charm. I was there as a child so it is hard for me to judge it as a person that just wants a room at what is both Switerland and Germany at the same time
A unique place in the world and a good spot for a stay.
The people are great and the rooms and facilities are really good. A place on the edge of everywhere and really nowhere at the same time.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel allowed is to check in earlier that the normal arrival time. Highly recommend this hotel and the quaint town it is located in.

The property does not have air conditioning in the room. It was 33 degrees outside, I was sweating in the room and could not sleep in the night.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was modern and had all the amenities we needed. Parking was easy. Breakfast was delicious. We could walk to restaurants and grocers. The town is beautiful. What more could you want….really! We will visit again.

Wonderful one night stay in Lostetten on the way to the Zurich Airport. I know the area, quiet and quaint. Worth a look at the town.
The hotel was just renovated, clean and rooms spacious with very nice bathrooms.
The owner was very gracious and a nice breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel closes at 7 pm but there is a lock-box with a key. I didn't check my emails, but the info was there to call to get the info. Really comfortable hotel fairly close to Zurich Airport.

The room was very clean, spacious and located in a nice and quiet area with a couple of food options around. The breakfast was good too and the staff nice.

Spacious and clean room, all ground floor rooms have outdoor space with tables and chairs. The hotel has a nice family run feel to it and the bistro was very accommodating and made us some really nice vegetarian food.

We booked 5 rooms 1 night. All rooms fine but one. The one room didn't have Wifi passcode in the room (too late to ask that time). TV set wouldn't turn on. No Wifi, NoTV, I spent the silent and peaceful night, but not convenient. Everything else great. Thanks for their kindness.

We got room 20. The room was exceptionally clean. Bathroom was really spacious. Breakfast spread was really nice as well. The hotel had ample parking space.

Simple countryside hotel. Get keys at Kiosk down the road from the friendly staff. Do not eat at the attached Italian restaurant, it's disappointing.

We stayed here on an inter-country trip going towards another part of Germany. It’s a good place to stay if you are visiting the Rhine Falls. The town itself is relatively small and was not quiet when we were there. Hotel building was brand new and very clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only detractors are no gym/workout room and no indoor lounge area to meet with other travelers. The restaurant next door where breakfast was had very good service and friendly waitstaff. Breakfast was free but was not overly abundant. Worth a stay if in the area.

Everything was locked up when we got there, even though it was during the scheduled check-in time. I had to make 2 international phone calls to finally get hold of someone to come check us in. Apparently they have several hotel units nearby, plus a restaurant to watch over. The units are very new and in good shape, spacious, but a bit austere. Nice, big new TVs. Cute, very small town. Rhine Falls fairly close by.
