The check in by app is going to be a problem for some people and you can only do it one one device

Good points. Easy check-in/access to accommodation and standard of decor, bathroom and bed good. Not so good the room is not soundproofed as claimed, I could hear everything the person upstairs was doing including blowing his nose! Despite the secondary glazing you could hear everything outside. However the real issue, not one of the hotel’s doing was the rather sinister behaviour on the street right outside the hotel were large groups of men gathered, racing cars with modified exhausts, arguing and shouting from 23.30 to 02.00, it was a Tuesday night with hardly any pubs open or many people out drinking so clearly there is a concerning anti-social behaviour problem in this area.

Lovely well laid out Morden styled room with plenty of space, great contact from Zoe, really easy to use app to get into property and room couldn’t be happier

The parking was on street, and Permit holders only from 08:00-18:00 Mon - Sat, luckily we stayed on a Sunday. Room was great, and bathroom was large, happy with the accommodation and would stay again.

Wasn’t to bad , but second night there were a lot young adults performing on the streets outside out hotel , , going on through the the night snd getting louder, still going on past 2am in the morning , and getting loader . Considering there was camera all way down the street , and nothing was done . I wouldn’t rate the price we had to pay for the rooms at all

The size of the shower and the free WiFi was a massive plus

Bit daunting using FLEXIPASS to enter the hotel and one needs to have a smartphone fully charged for this. The outside of the hotel looked shabby but the inside was a delight Lovely furnished compact rooms.

Nice clean modern room with amazing shower and comfortable beds. Easy access using flexipass app. Plenty of plug sockets to charge everything up! Would definitely recommend

Booked on line when and phone to tell them what time I will arrive no answer . When I got to the hotel it was closed and two phone numbers on the door neither would answer and one week later no call back. They took my money and no refund . Hotel.com should not be promoting this type of service .

Stayed for work. Easy check-in / out (all through phone app). Rooms are fresh and clean with good facilities.

Comfy bed nice room.

Excellent stay, very modern and clean room. No restaurant facilities on site but when I asked the lady who dealt with me if she recommended anywhere, she happily made a reservation at the pub down the street and the food was fantastic

In the centre of town , no reception but the owner left key cards in locked key safe and advised accordingly. The room was finished to a high standard very comfortable king sized bed , and nice and quiet.

Lovely room in central location. Quite a lively area - quite noisy at night, however the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Check in wasn’t quite clear however spoke to a lovely lady who provided quick and easy instructions so was in in no time.

Property was spotless and very modern looking the host was very helpfull Dislikes was supposed to have been 11am check out but had the maids knocking on the door to change the room at 9.50am

The hotel was situated within walking distance to amenities. Room clean modern and comfortable. The only criticism was that that there wasn't enough toilet roll and pillows could do with changing.

Hotel was perfect, the room was clean and modern with a very comfortable bed and great shower. Zoe was just a phone call away to answer any queries and she has a very pleasant Manner. Location was also excellent being close to everything and we’ll definitely stay again.
