Simply magnificent, definitely the Hotel where one should stay. Valet parking, bell boy, room service 24 Hrs. Linen menu, pillow menu, breakfast terrace, restaurant, a real 5 stars. A small but sufficient pool. And the architecture is magnificent. No doubt we will repeat.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that has clearly been a labour of love. It is my 3rd time here and it is still wonderful - especially the bar and breakfast area to the rear.
Two small personal niggles. 1. What happened to the Molton Brown toiletries? Surely Brexit (terrible though it is) didn’t make the unaffordable? 2. Nice to give guests a complimentary half bottle of Sherry - but why would you give them CREAM - it perpetuates all of the worst perceptions of the industry. At least give guests a choice!

Beautiful hotel with an outstanding breakfast, with a broad selection of fruits, meats and cheeses, eggs a la carte, breads and pastries plus delicious fresh orange juice. Very knowledge front desk staff who steered us in the direction of outstanding tapas and an artisanal small cellar sherry tasting which included a tour of a private gallery w original Velazquez, El Greco and Murillo paintings among others. Truly outstanding!

Theres hotels and then theres hotels. This is definitely excellent in staff, interiors, restaurant and location. All best quality. Breakfast under standard of the rest of the palacio, but ok.

This is a truly elegant hotel. The staff is highly professional: courteous, friendly, accommodating. Our room, which looked out over the garden, was luxurious and comfortable. The lobby was gorgeous, decked out with Christmas greenery and flower arrangements that took two days to prepare (we watched!), and terrazza was a wonderful place to enjoy an evening drink.
This place is a gem, and it's right in the center of Jerez--easy walking distance to local historic sights, restaurants, and shopping.

The hotel is lovely, fabulous rooms. However, the staff are a bit below par. The T22 restaurant served an absolutely atrocious meal, inedible, but we were still charged despite sending it back. No- one could seem to address the issue. The equipment in the gym did not work.

Casa Palacio María Luisa was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures, and the staff and service were absolutely incredible -- everyone went above and beyond. The breakfast was well worth it.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria Luisa. It’s in a perfect location so everywhere in town is easily walkable. The rooms are beautiful and there is a lovely terrace which is perfect for a cheeky fino in the sunshine. The pool is only open seasonally but you can still chill out on the sun loungers around it. The staff are so helpful and friendly. We’d absolutely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back

This is a very nice boutique Hotel, 10 stars. The staff was superb, the hotel decoration is over the top, everything is new. The bar area is gorgeous. I can go on and on, this was the best hotel I have stayed in my life and I mostly stay in 5 star hotels when traveling with the wife.
