Was very nice place to stay. We found everyone who worked here to be welcoming and polite, they also spoke good level of english. There was always someone at reception if you needed anything and they have night security from 9pm, when you use a side door next to main entrance. Rooms are small bungalows which do have joining doors, we didn't have anyone staying in the joining room until the day we left and not sure we would have liked it as much if they had been in there all week, but i think it also depends on the type of person staying there. i do think they try to scatter people around so you dont have people next to each other. Think that will also depends on how busy it is. room was lovely, very modern and light. The bed was very comfortable, was 2 large singles pushed together which is the usual thing. There was a kettle, expresso machine( they give a couple of pods, so either bring some along or grab from shop when here). There was a tv but we never switched on. Room has aircon and it was perfect. Many ppl mentioned about the shower, about how the water running out. There is a shower matt that will help but best solution is to slightly turn down the power on the shower, we did this and never had a problem. Our room overlooked the pool and it was nice at times when quiet but if you like a bit of privacy or less noise from people by the pool then maybe ask for somewhere else. By the pool it was very quiet with no music. Another area with 2 hottubs and a bar with music

This is an excellent resort.. clean, bright and very friendly. Have stayed here a few times and would return without hesitation. Conveniently situated. Well worth paying a little extra

Nice property but as others have mentioned, the connecting door between rooms is quite loud. Can hear a whisper on the other side.

Everything was great. Loved the pool and the hot tub. The breakfast was excellent.

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff are friendly. Great air con. Bathroom modern. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. All day availability for sun loungers, day beds and 2 hot tubs near the pools without any problems. Cocktails very nice and reasonably priced. Good range of music played outdoors around pool areas. Didn't eat breakfast here so couldn't give a rating. Fake grass, so less insect bites! Hotel is around 15 minutes walk to the beach. Eating out is easy locally, in the nearby streets, shopping mall or nearby the beach at reasonable prices. This complex is all at ground floor level and is relatively small compared to the high tower hotels nearby, but is cosy, quiet and intimate if this is what you need. Good hotel for couples or solo break. The negatives - breakfast is a little expensive considering you need to choose individual breakfast plan, continental, full English or American style. For the price a buffet style would be more appealing. Breakfast time is a little later/shorter than usual from 9am - 10.30am being a smaller complex. For those 2 reasons I dined out. Dissapointing no English language TV channels. Download your movies in advance. Reception opening hours 9am - 11pm, which could prove to be a little inconvenient. So if you need to check out early before reception opening time, do it the evening before! Otherwise side door is accessible. Emergency info on the wall outside reception. I would have no problem staying here again. Lovely!

Place was lovely very relaxing except round the pool got the washing machine and dryer spoiled it to sit at pool we sat outside of room

Lovely hotel and staff. Rooms were a good size and clean. Pool area were a good vibe and tidied regular. Only negative is that the walls are a little thin and you can hear your neighbours.

Nice resort, but the name of this resort is so tricky, beach resort, let me tell you that there is no beach within a circle of 700meters. This is so bad and i think it’s fraud! You also have to pay 3 Euro’s a day for a cheap safe in the room, so bad……For the rest its a great resort, but carefull if you want to be near the beaches.

I recently stayed at the Sanom Beach Resort, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The resort seemed to be primarily populated by English and German tourists, lacking the authentic Spanish vibe I had hoped for. While the rooms were acceptable, the thin walls between them were a significant drawback. I could easily hear my neighbors, including the sound of flushing toilets, which impacted the overall comfort and privacy. To add to the disappointment, the hotel only provided coffee pods, and when I requested teabags, I was told there would be an additional charge. This struck me as unreasonable, as most hotels typically offer a variety of complimentary beverage options. The towels provided were also notably dirty, suggesting a lack of attention to cleanliness. Moreover, the pricing of the hotel did not align with the quality of the services and amenities. The Jacuzzi, a feature I was looking forward to, was unexpectedly closed during my stay, adding to the overall disappointment. In conclusion, I found the Sanom Beach Resort to be overpriced for the experience it offered. The lack of a Spanish ambiance, thin walls, additional charges for basic amenities, and cleanliness issues make it challenging to recommend this resort to others.

First time we had this overnight at this place and we thought it was excellent place. Nice people and service. If l should say something negative so should safe at the room be free of charge but it’s not.

Hotel have nice feel, staff excellent, only issue is rooms have no windows, room very dry during night and no fresh air unless you leave patio door open which anyone can access

Excellent location, I was there for Winter Fetish pride - it’s a 5 minute walk from Yumbo and has lots of great facilities around. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Not a four star, at least not in what comes to service. Not understanding that the front desk is the face of the house and the first impression the guest receives is key is a mistake. The girl that takes over on the afternoons/nights, should really not be there. Getting answers to questions like "that's not my business, i'm just doing reception, ask someone tomorrow" is a bit too much, makes you feel unwelcome and antagonized. Not what you want on holidays. More, a four star without a 24 front desk? The location almost saves the deal, but then you realise the rooms have connecting doors (to each other) that are not insonorized... Overal, not worth the price.

Nice hotel, but was in room at end of complex, dark and gloomy didn’t really get the sun, not anywhere to sunbathe either.

You’re at the merci of the people in the adjoining room. We had nightmare people - so loud all the time. It should be noted that all rooms are adjoining. Overall would have been great but didn’t get much sleep over 5 nights.

Very comfortable and tidy with rooms cleaned daily. However the bed sheets were not changed in the 7 days we stayed. The pool was not heated which one would expect in January also one of the Jacuzzis was barely warm. Bar staff had no idea about cocktails but other than than - Very Nice. Would I return - Yes.

Beautiful resort with a very nice pool/lounge area. The rooms are spacious and modern, the beds extremely comfortable. The whole area was well maintained qnd the staff was friendly. We will stay here again.

Nice hotel close to Yumbo and only 15 min walk to the beach and dunes. We were quite dissapointet that the staff at front desk, dit not metion, that we are a Hotels.com Gold Member and that we should get some VIP status as shown when we booked the hotel (it only works in Denmark and Germany so far) Anyway when we mentioned it to one of the front desk employess, we got a bottle of wine. On the day of arrival there was shampoo and body lotion from Rituals, but that was only once!! We had to ask for it every day. Like the coffee capsules that you had to pay for - 1 euro each WHY? Anyway - we had a nice stay - so with some small improvements - we would probably be back some day.

Absolutely over the moon with my whole experience at this place . From check in to the rooms, pool are and facilities. Staff so attentive. Nothing a bother. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms cleaned every day . Pool area so so clean . I could not have been more happy with this place. Excellent location. 2 mins walk from Yumbo center. By far one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Stayed 13 _20 Jan . I would recommend this place 100% . Very chilled out relaxing feel to the place . Young lady at the pool bar could not have been anymore helpful. Excellent . Oh and the rainfall shower was fantastic.
