Clean areas and kind staff.

Hallways are very dirty. Our unit was not swept. Marks all over walls from many months ago, as we got the same unit.

I had to provide my credit card because they could not use the Expedia account to pay my stay

This was a super dirty room we had to clean, rooms are soooooo small, please do not rent for a family of 4 max 2 people fit in these micro room, on the outside looks amazing but on the inside small, cramped, shower water did not go down, poor cleansiness at this hotel.

The room was hot the whole stay and they disable the ac from being turned on

WOW! Loved staying here for the second time. Easy parking, hotel is modern, new, spotless, with super comfortable beds. Love the dog friendly covered bar/patio so we could relax and enjoy a beer after a hard days drive. There are gravel spots for Fido to do her business and they even provide bags. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Will definitely be a stop on our annual migration yearly. 😄👍

Ive stayed at this hotel off and on over the past 3 years. My trips are all business based and fit my company budget. The overall quality is excellent, I highly recommend this hotel, great service ,recently added a new restaurant into the mix. Looking forward to my monthly trips to Torreon

this is a budget hotel so the rooms are very basic, the bed is quite uncomfortable as it has a very thin mattress over a hard surface; however it is quite new, it has at least three dining options within a 3 minute walking distance. The hotel is Pet-Friendly, however there's a charge for having your pet, and you need to leave a deposit during your stay for any damage caused to the hotel by the pet.

I had a really good experience

Very nice personality Francisco the security guard. From the first time he opens the entrance door for us and offers to help us with our luggage. I fe safe in the property with my family. Very nice and clean place. The only thing i didn’t like is the restaurant Bar by the side of the hotel. Me and my family get some street Mexican food and trying to eat at tye tables outside and they ask us to leave because it wasn’t food from them. We offer to purchase drinks from them and they denied. I was feeling really disappointed because they said fhese tables area didn’t belong to the hotel. So I get confused because it where attached to the hotel area. Othee then that. I will comes back again

I stay in this hotel whenever I travel by car through Mexico. It is clean, comfortable an very affordable. The hotel has friendly, helpful staff and the location is very convenient.

las habitaciones se me hicieron muy pequenas ademas de que se escucha todo el ruido de las habitaciones de a lado.... las camas con muy pocas almohadas, y solo una pequena ccolcha sin sabanas....

The view was not that great but the other amenities we encountered made it up for the lack of a nice view. It was a bit hard to find a pet-friendly hotel and we decided to take a chance with Ibis. We were not disappointed.

It was so modern, clean staff was so awesome! From the moment I stepped on the property I felt welcomed. The quality of hospitality is 5 star. I loved the decor ambiance was so cool. Having everything close like the bar, restaurant that had a patio excellent. I will be back, thank you.

We like this property even though the rooms are quite small. No hand towels or wash cloths. No walking area for dogs. But very convenient, clean and sound proof which is a real plus. We stay on our way to and from USA to Mazatlan. We will continue to stay there. The staff is very personable.

This hotel was in great condition and very modern. It felt very safe, and the shopping center around had good dining options as well as the restaurant in the hotel. The rooms are on the small side but have everything you need. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Having dogs with us felt awkward but we made it through just fine. We would definitely stay here again!
