Frühstück war sehr in Ordnung. Angenehm war die Hotellobby, in der man sich gut aufhalten konnte.

Für ein 4-Steren-Hotel war das Restaurant nur mittelmäßig. Wenn das Restaurant am Abend voll war, funktionierte die Bedienung nicht mehr, weil zu wenig Personal vorhanden war. Ohne Navy war das Hotel nur sehr schwer zu finden, zumal auch keine Hinweistafeln vorhanden waren.

Heerlijke kamer op de begane grond. Samen met onze dochters. Kamers lagen naast elkaar. Zwembad was erg prettige start van de dag. Vriendelijke behulpzaam personeel.

Verlichting in het restaurant was erg "tl licht" niet gezellig.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The hotel was especially quiet as our stay was during business holidays. Breakfast was fine and overall the stay was okay. Just not very good.

Unfortunately, the business holidays also meant that the pool and spa were shut. Ordered two beers in the bar in the lobby and was served one that was cloudy and obviously bad. Pointed this out to the bar man. He somewhat reluctantly accepted that this was the case. It had tasted foul. The other beer (exact same brand) was clear and tasted fine. Could not find anyone to take payment, waited about 10 minutes and had to ask receptionist to find someone. It all felt like the hotel was running on a skeleton staff. Air con was set to default at 22 degrees as a minimum. They did change that on request, but it was slow to cool down.

Location

Breakfast only by 10am at weekends, waiters start taking and cleaning breakfast by taking it to the kitchen 10-15 minutes before 10am and it lacks choice and makes confusion it is not relaxed atmosphere. One morning we came 9.55 to breakfast with child and they told us we can eat only what is left and not taken at kitchen as breakfast is ready. This happened last time when we stayed here too. Rooms are not properly cleaned under the bed.

The hotel location its really good as its closed to the air port and really easy by car to reach the Treviso center. The gym was really good, on the pool there is extra charge and the wellness center is with charge. Also the message and beauty care as full booked and need to do reservation in advance. the break fest is ok.

the staff were great especially in the restaurant. The location was good for both the train station and the town provided you don’t mind a walk of 20-30 minutes. there’s also a supermarket very nearby which is handy

last time we stayed we had a walk In shower but this time the shower was over the bath which is not my preference

the restaurant

it’s old and tired. staff not too attentive or helpful. loads never spoke English

Breakfast was good, coffee and hot drink could be better. Automatic machine in Italy and in a 4 star hotel is under expectation

Structure old and poor maintenance. Swimming pool and Spa under expectation.

It was easy to find your way around and rooms were a good size.

The double bed was two singles pushed together creating a dip in the middle of the bed. Breakfast was minimal, coffee machine was faulty and mixed what had previously been chosen. Staff were unhelpful. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower.

Rooms are nice, although a bit out of date. Gym was great.

Breakfast wasn't consistently good. One good had little varity and staff there wasn't very nice.
