Fabulous staff and facilities. The hotel is in a good location, just outside the centre with around a downhill 15 minute walk from the old town. As the hotel is not too big, the spa doesn’t get too busy. The spa is fantastic, very clean and has a pool, jacuzzi, several saunas and rain showers. Nice and relaxing after a day of exploring Split. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. We were checking out early for a transfer to Zagreb and the staff organised lunchboxes for us which were more than what we could ask for.

A really great modern and small hotel, loved our stay here. The rooms were a little on the small side but did the job. The spa was incredible, so great to have that available. Staff were very friendly and hospitable and the breakfast was great. We knew the hotel was a little out of town from the reviews, so be prepared for an uphill walk and get a sweat on if it’s very hot (which it is at the moment). Was a nice safe walk though, only took 10-15 mins. Would recommend staying here.

The staff, spa, breakfast was great! It’s a 4.50 ride to town. Easy! Loved the room service too.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms and breakfast. Location is a little further out of the main centre than expected and the hot tub didn’t work at all during our stay. Overall very good.

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The hotel is very clean and the facilities were excellent. The down side was that the ‘view of the city’ that was requested, turned out to be overlooking the building works that are currently taking place, hence this turned out to be an incredibly noisy stay from 7:30AM until late into the afternoon.

The photographs looked great but the reality was a very basic 3 star hotel. I’d booked two different sized rooms but both rooms were tiny and no discernible size difference. There were lots of small problems with hot water, room heating, door handles falling off, no coasters for mugs. Nowhere to put a bottle of shampoo in the shower (had to keep it on the floor), the tv too high and crooked, no drinks menu with prices in the bar. The car park was full of pot holes and there was digger digging up the car park. Overall very disappointing

It's a beautiful hotel although I was given a downgraded room than what I ordered and the receptionist thought I wouldn't notice. The next day they upgraded me and gave me a free 30 minute massage as compensation which I guess is ok seeing that that was the difference in price. The location is ok, roughly 15 minute walk to the old town. The spa is beautiful. Breakfast is served till 10:30 even on weekdays which is too early in my opinion. The food is decent, although the selection is not great and the food runs out the later you come.

It was an amazing stay! Highly recommended and I would love to come back one day but the little plastic bottles in the bathroom have to go - environmentally it could do better!

I had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. After a family member became unwell a week before travelling, I contacted to see if I could change my reservation in view of the circumstances but they refused. After a lot of back and forth I made hotels.com aware that I couldnt make the first nights stay but would arrive the 2nd night, having paid for 3 nights in total. After arriving in split at 9pm and getting to the hotel I was made aware that they had given my room away and there were no rooms available, despite paying for 3 nights stay and making them aware in advance. They were very unhelpful, initially having to argue for a refund of the remaining 2 nights stay. They offered an alternative hotel double the price of the room I had paid for. In summary it was a horrible experience resulting in us having no where to stay. They were unhelpful, not allowing us to change our stay in the first place with the difficult circumstances we found ourselves in but then reselling the room we had paid for despite advance notice, leaving us stranded. The service was uncaring, umhelpful and based on greed. The hotel itself was in a ran down rough area, a far walk away from the centre. I strongly advise avoiding the hotel and the company and book an alternative.

The hotel was exceptionally well maintained, the food excellent, the location great, and the staff friendly and assistive. More importantly, when one of our group tested positive for COVID-19, the entire hotel staff went above and beyond insuring that his extended stay was comfortable. Can't complement them enough for what they did!! Definitely recommended staying here, you will not be disappointed :-)

Lovely luxury hotel and great spa facilities. Breakfast was a good selection also. Staff were very helpful. Shower unit is a bad design, but not really the hotel's fault.

Pleasant stay, wonderful (and very filling) breakfast. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and spa rooms, with robes in the room so you can change in the locker room or upstairs. The "Old Town" was only about a 10 minute walk away. We left the car parked for our entire stay.

Great, clean hotel with many amenities and friendly staff, short walk from everything in Split. Like staying at a spa. It even has free parking. Would definitely book here again.

Very nice hotel, nice spa area and good pub next door.

Conveniently located close to the old town if you need onsite parking - which is why we chose this hotel (walking distance 13 mins). Also has a nice spa with indoor pool, hot tub, steam and sauna.

Great receptionists, very helpful and kind. They went beyond their duty to help me. Iris,the masseuse, is brilliant. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

I have travelled many many places in the world always staying at top notch accommodations. Time Hotel is at the top of my new favourites! The whole hotel is spotless, the beds comfortable, bathrooms beautiful. I unfortunately left my new iPad Air upon departing but HONESTY prevails! From checking in to checking out everything was excellent. The reception and bar staff were amazing, especially the older guy greeting us in the morning at breakfast. He was so lovely and kind! Everything was clean, modern and the rooms were impeccable. Would definitely recommend this hotel! Many thanks to every single staff member for making us feel welcome!

Great new hotel with outstanding staff and amenities. The wellness center includes an indoor warm pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna. It definitely helps after a long day stroll around the city. The rooms are super comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

Great brand new hotel. Restaurant not opened yet but expected to open in the nearer future. Breakfast could offer more variety. Staff is great and very polite.
