I highly recommend staying at Arlene Boutique when visiting Santorini. This boutique hotel offers great value for money. The property is very well taken care of. The rooms and pool area are spotless clean. It's clear the owners put a lot of love into this hotel. The room we stayed in was practical and nicely decorated. A nice bonus is a tasty breakfast brought to your room at your chosen time. The portions were generous and there was a good variety of food. The hotel is located centrally which makes it a perfect base for exploring the island by car. There's a large parking in front of the hotel so you won't struggle to park the car. There are also multiple buses going to Fira so you get there easily in a short amount of time.

Traveled to Santorini for a wedding and had 3 rooms booked and all of them were amazing. It’s a family owned business and it shows because that really do make it feel like home. It’s clean and very safe. It’s also close enough to Fira that you can take bus but also experience other parts of Santorini too. Breakfast was personally made and delivered to the rooms every morning. The owners were friendly and receptive to all our needs. 10/10 recommend.

Excellent customer service and support at all times.

We loved everything about the property. Sadly a pack of dogs somewhere nearby were allowed to bark until 2.30am which kept us awake. They were not belonging to the owner.

I have just returned from my trip to Greece with my friend, taking the time to leave a review on this hotel. First of all, the hotel is located in a quiet location, and not far from transport accessible by walking, the view is incredible over the swimming pool, the room too, it is clean and has everything you need, it There are some cute cats, but the best thing is the staff, they are generous, welcoming, we were extremely lucky to have met these people. We are very grateful to have had a wonderful stay thanks to them. We had a very delicious breakfast every morning, a cleaned room, but also the possibility of being taken by car around the island, I thank the hotel owners very much! I recommend. Arlene Boutique was in a great central location. The host family was wonderful and always eager to assist us. The breakfast was delicious and personalized to our taste. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and very nice swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained rooms. My flight was early morning from Athens and 9am l got checked in. Very much appreciated. Early checked at 5.30am with breakfast. Excellent service.

We had a lovely last day in Santorini before coming back home. The hotel was great, we could do an early checkin and a bit later check out which helped us a lot. Breakfast was super good. We would stay here again. It is close to Fira and also to the airport and to the beaches as well. Great location.

What a lovely hotel. Not a chain hotel experience at all. We flew in to Santorini and stayed only one night, but the hotel arranged for our transfer from the airport, which is huge on a busy island with a small number if taxis. The room was bright and delightful, with amenities like soaps and shampoos, bottled water, coffee & tea set up. Breakfast was served to our room the next morning and it was delicious! This is a family run hotel with a quiet homey vibe. We loved it and would stay here again anytime.

The owner was phenomenal. We received an awesome breakfast every morning brought to our room. We only had one mishap with the AC but the owner was able to move us one room over the next morning. Staff friendliness, service, and amazing price point more than made up for the minor inconvenience. I would stay here again.

We stayed here one night to be closer to the airport and it was a great spot. The breakfast was good, pool was nice and the owner will drop you off places if he is free (still have to pay) but the convenience is nice!!

A family run hotel with excellent service from the staff. We were treated to delicious fruits from their home grown trees, they helped us find our lost wallet from the local bus station and drove us to the port with no notice when we missed our bus. Thank you!

We booked room from hotels.com and my friend booked a room from UK. The room is nicely designed and very clean. It is convenient to airport.

Only here one night but liked our room and the hotel. Not right in the centre of town but we rented a car so transportation was not an issue. Front desk was very helpful in arranging car rental, etc.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, the staff were exceptional, but my only negative was the Vet clinic next door, and the dogs barking all night.

Everything was perfect from beginning to the end. The rooms and pool area were sparkling clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast (delivered to your room) amazing. Easy bus access to other cities.

It was amazing. The owner let us check in early and was so fun to talk to. The rooms were beautiful, clean and thoughtful. The pool area is lovely, there's a view of a church from the hotel that is exquisite, the staff are amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the owner drove us to the marina at the end of our stay (15€ each). I cannot speak kinder words about it. It's also tucked away in a neighborhood that is bustling with friendly locals and not too far from the bus stops to get you around town, which we loved since you could be a tourist but feel like a local off the main strip.

Great owner! Place was very clean.. breakfast was ready on time every time. Good qualify breakfast. Close to everything.. literally!! Very quite peaceful place to stay.

The stay was fine as we were hardly in the hotel. The staff were friendly. We came with 3 kids and the breakfast option was not good. They served the same meal every morning egg abs some breads be cakes. It was fine the first 2 days but after that it became quite tiring They served a cheese pie which was nice but overall for the price we paid for 4 nights we expected a variety of options for breakfast. I had to give my kids the cereal we bought along with us for 2 days and just requested milk. Overall the breakfast option needs improving but everything else was lovely.

The hotel was very nice. There were some covid protocols in place and it was raining, so I could not take advantage of all of the facilities. The room is comfortable, greek style. And the cost-benefit was very interesting.

Great location and excellent service of the familly who runs the hotel

The property looks nothing like the pictures. A little on the run down side, luckily we only stayed a night. The towels were extremely rough and worn out. Staff was friendly though. We also had a stray cat hovering by our door as we came and went.
