Loved the swimming pool and the surrounding view from the upper floors of the hotel. The room and the bathroom were very comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff were great. Will stay at this hotel again for the next Sabah visit.

It’s clean and neat

2nd time staying at Hyatt Centric - again, everything was excellent. In the midst of serving one after another guests, the front desk were patient and gave a smile - which means a lot. Keep up the good work.

Stephen at the bar on the 23rd floor was a great help to us. Went out of his way to ensure that we were well cared for. Also the young man who handled our baggage when we changed rooms was very courteous and prompt.

Why I booked this hotel is to join midnight trail run event held around Mt. Kinabalu. I thought that if I could return before checkout, I could take a shower and take a bit rest. I told that a reception, then she served for me (1)early checkin to take a rest and (2) later checkout to take a rest! I much appreciated.

It was amazing

Great place with All the mod cons, especially the rooftop pool which was really nice and the bar and all the facilities. The rooms were really comfortable and luxurious and a very comfy bed would thoroughly recommend.

It was an amazing and pleasant stay with Hyatt Centric. Convenient walking distance to malls and shops. Always a go to go hotel whenever we go to KK. Good breakfast too.

Amazing. Very good costumer service. Everybody was very kind and friendly. The problem was fixing the AC. They got it done on the 3rd attempt. After that everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our stay. We’re in Bali now. Then back to the states.

The room is spacious, bright & comfortable. The reception staff is helpful, informative attentive & pleasant. However, the cleaning staff needs more training or more manpower. The room was not vacuumed daily, in fact, a piece of biscuit crumbs was there for three days!!! They removed wet bath robs and wet slippers but did not replace it. They refilled decaffeinated coffee capsules instead of regular coffee which we consume daily in the morning. The decaffeinated coffee capsules have a red t on top of it. It’s not a very pleasant experience, particularly in the morning when one needs a cup of good coffee most. On the whole, I am happy with this hotel.

It’s my first stay with Hyatt Centric. The hotel looks new and is very comfortable to stay. The staff are very helpful and polite. One of the best experiences that I had with hotels. Nice pool and it’s view is great. What could make it even better is to include a steam room/ sauna facility.

Excellent stay except for the hotel transfer from the hotel to the airport, which was not arranged and provided. The hotel insisted that this is not included despite emailing them of the booking confirmation from Hotels.com

Relatively a very new hotel close to restaurants, malls and tourists spots. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the lobby is clean and bright with modern furnishings. The buffet is similarly excellent as it is in the top floor with a commanding view of the sea. The service personnel are very prompt when we requested some few items taken cared of. We are thankful as well for the staff for recommending nice tour packages and arranging taxi and tour guide services. We will definitely come back to KK again and will book a stay at Hyatt Centric.

Easy walk to Gaya Street night and Sunday markets. Suria Shopping Mall is just across the road.

Very nice new hotel in comfort and relax style. Convenient to everything even not in the exactly center of the city. Staff is nice and helpful.

Love this new concept by Hyatt - interior decoration of the hotel was visually appealing, the bathrobe was unlike the usual toweling ones provided but a rather hip looking cut and material. The service was impeccable and staff were quick to respond. The view from the bar and pool area was fantastic with beautiful sunset. Breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious An overall exceptional experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As it was a new hotel, the cleanliness was very good. Both the room and the common place were excellent. I stayed in a deluxe room, and even with an extra bed, the room was very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful, too. The number of food was not large, but the quality was excellent. Especially juice and salad were very fresh, and the bread was very delicious. There was also a board game in the lobby, so I enjoyed it with my family while waiting for Grab.
