The bed is comfy, the A/C is free to use.

It would be great if there would be more place where the charger can be put and there wasn't enough soap to wash hands.

Room was abit run down, all it needs is fresh paint and would 100x nicer, also big chunk of hair on the floor when entered the room less then ideal but just i just sweeped it under the bed

Attentive, pleasant and helpful staff. Easy to reach. Adequately clean and comfortable for a cheap hotel, but see below.

There were bed bugs in one room, which is why it gets a mixed rating and I'm being generous. The establishment has been advised. The evening meal menu was OK, though the chips were very poor (over cooked but soft!); breakfast OK but lacklustre. Allowing a group to enter the hotel and go to their rooms noisily at just after 6 am is poor management. Doors should reopen 7 a.m. coinciding with the start of breakfast to not disturb the other guests.

I liked having my own bathroom and there being a grocery store next door.

After traveling around Spain for 3 months, on my last night before flying to the US, I had bed bugs in this hostel. I found them and reported them to the front desk who luckily moved me to another room. I had a hard time sleeping after that. I’m not normally one to write a negative review but I was told by the front desk that the manager would reach out to me to discuss a refund. Myself and Booking.com have reached out multiple times and haven’t gotten a single response from this hostel leading to even more disappointment in them. I would personally not stay here again. I was really hoping that they would remedy the problem by refunding me for the night and unfortunately they had zero communication, now resulting in me sharing my experience here. I hope they can resolve their issue with bed bugs and improve their communication with paying customers moving forward.

No hot water aircom not working no heating .

Lots of street parking nearby. Good location to the motorways. Large room. Fine. Comfortable. Clean. Staff friendly. All good.

Terrace with people drinking and being noisy below the window but they did stop around midnight so it was ok. Then more noise in the morning for breakfast. Started around 7:30 I think. Completely understandable that there would be some noise and it wasn't too much but just to be aware. (A great terrace in the sun for morning coffee, by the way!). I do think that the price was high. However I am noticing this for a lot of hotels these days. What was and should be 30´s is now 40´s Euros. So perhaps this isn´t a fair comment specifically for this hotel.

Cramped bathroom, very basic bedroom, old furniture, tv hanging off wall

Staff was accommodating, attentive, and friendly.

The first room we were assigned smelled like a sewer. Staff was very accommodating, and apparently shocked to hear of such a problem, and changed our room. The second room at first was fine, but as soon as we ran the water in the bathroom, it started stinking as bad as the first. The water itself smelled bad. With the bathroom door shut, the smell was contained, but unpleasant to use the bathroom. Sheets had holes, beds were saggy.
