Spacious apartment in a great location. Not a hotel just a reception area at entrance. Staff were very helpful. Supermarket across the road.

Very strong air freshner scent in room when we arrived. Took a day or two to fade. And we had a few small ants which staff dealt with promptly.

Perfect view and location.

Great location - Close to old town, in front of the beach, in the street with a lot of restaurants, bars, cafes. Amazing staff, all of them. Appartment had all needed apliances. On top of everything, clean!

Well located with a great view. apartment room was spacious and includes a kitchen area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dogs are allowed with no extra charge.

Its good cheep hotel. Trust me :) old furniture, but for this price is clean and perfect.

Nothing actuslly

Really nice people are taking care of this accomodation. They can speak with a correct english, don't hesitate to discuss with them about some possible reductions around the hotel (bars, restaurants). If you get a corner room, you will get a view on the beach and on the city... possible to enjoy some meal with both views. Possible to cook in the room, separate from the main sleeping bed, which help !

A bit oldish style, could enjoy a renovation to get a 10/10 from me

The beach was very close and the agreement between the hotel and the beach facilities (spiaggia 39 da Carlo) was very good.

The very noisy young people in the room next to us. They arrived very early in the morning (4 AM) slamming doors, swearing loudly and repeatedly and also cooking.

We had a clean, well-stocked, spacious apartment with the sea view. The administrator Alessandra is very friendly and helpful, a special thanks to her. Supermarket and pizzeria located across the street.

The walls are too thin, so there is noise from the street (we lived on the 4th floor) and it was quite cold (we stayed in this apartment in early October).

View and location. Nice staff. Clean. Big rooms.

Paid parking place in hotel. Paid beach - you have to pay fee for deck chair or parasol.
