Other guests making noise at 2pm

I had a budget room with a view of the back wall but it was comfortable. The staff more than made up for any disappointment. In the little cafe/bar you can get a coffee and breakfast or a beer later on. It's a very handy facility and not to be overlooked. Staff were more than helpful from when I arrived to ordering me a taxi on the morning of my departure.Thank you.🙂

Surprising interior art-deco features

The mattress was comfortable.

Small cockroach found in the bathroom in the morning. Fortunately we didn't find it in the evening otherwise we would have left immediately. Room was pretty noisy from the people in the street. Shower hose wasn't long enough to reach the shower head bracket on the wall, so had to hold it to shower. Very dated interior. Light on left side of bed didn't work. No central room light. Hair drier very old and smelled strongly of burning when used. Shower soap mounted on wall outside of shower so couldn't be reached from inside.
