קיבלתי חדר לפני הזמן, 1.צוות נהדר ומוכן לעזור בכל דבר. 2. נקי, מסודר, מצעים נקיים וכריות נוחות. 3. חש מסעדה במלון עם מאכלים נהדרים. 4. ארוחת בוקר אומנם חוזרת על עצמה , אבל כל אחד יכול למצוא מה לאכול. 5. מלון מתוחזק יטב, אין דברים שבורים, ניקיון מושלם. 6. מי שקשה ללכת , עדיף לא להזמין, גישה לא נוחה לבעלי מוגבליות. חוויה טובה ואחזור שוב , בהחלט!
אין כזה, רק שוב אם ,יש אנשים עם קשיי תנועה , עדיף לא לקחת מלון זה כי מיקום לא מתאפשר להרגיש עצמאות בגלל שנמצא על ההר, עליות חדות וכבישי אבנים.

Отличный классический отель. Бронирую уже второй раз и друзьям его советую. Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Завтраки как всегда на высоте и очень разнообразны. Несмотря на то, что подниматься к нему в крутую гору, все равно его выбираю. В номере есть всё, что необходимо: фен, мыло, шампунь, паста, щетка, чайник чашки, питьевая вода, которая бесплатная не из минибара. Кондиционер работает отлично, индивидуальный. В этом году заменили люстру. Очень удобно стало. Если сразу несколько раз повключать и выключать, то меняется температурный режим лампы от белого до жёлтого и яркость))

Очень милый отель. Персонал доброжелателен. Сотрудница ресторана по нашей просьбе разогревалала нам нашу еду (не из ресторана).
Не работала кофемашина. А если бы и работала, то все равно за дополнительную плату. Интернет в номере не тянет. Приходилось выходить в лобби

Lovely rooms with very friendly staff. Cleanliness was fantastic and the internet was very strong if working remotely. I struggle to find fault, the price was good and the facilities were great. 24/7 check-in desk for those that arrive very late like myself. Would happily stay again.
Nothing I could complain about, they have paid a lot of attention to detail to make an enjoyable stay.

We were very happy with this hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. The room was big and very clean. Off street parking. There's a restaurant and room service available. The price is very good for what you get. We will definitely stay again.

All you need for a good sleep in a nice hotel. Very helpful staff too. They helped with calling a taxi and most receptionists could speak English

Breakfast was filling, the hotel has amazing views that fully exceeded my expectations, quite location, sufficient secure parking area.
Some balconies are sort of a part of the common terrace space, just separated with a ~1m tall fence, so there is a sense of a lack of privacy.

Excellent all around! I booked one night, but ended up staying about a week and coming back before I left. They also provided and car and driver to the airport! Clean, QUIET, friendly attentive staff, walking distance from many markets and shops, great view. FANTASTIC BREAKFAST! I stayed in 3 different rooms in my time there and the upper level rooms with balconies had excellent views, a table and chair to sit and relax. They let me have late check out and accommodated my random schedule. I will definitely stay here again upon my return to Tbilisi! :D

The location was good and little far from downtown. The breakfast was average. Parking was available on site. Some staff was helpful.
The don't provide an iron service to room, you must go downstairs with your clothes in order to ironing them!!! No luggage service, you must carry your stuff up to your room. The heater was weak and it barely heating the room No thing close to buy stuff.
