It is winter and there wasn’t a blanket available; the pillow was small and had a foul odour.

The rooms have everything...even utube .Beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water, essy to use microwsve, air conditioning and heater, plenty of tea and coffee..Clean ..

Stains on beds and on carpets. Desk had marks and felt very sticky and unclean. Ceiling fan was very dirty. Towels very old.

Staff was terrible, got over charged 3 days in a row, then when ask for a refund staff laughed

Very disappointed with the state and facilities of this room. Very outdated, dirty linen ( sheets), towels worn, essentials like a bath mat would be recommended as the bathroom is so small the shower water goes everywhere. Above bed fan covered in heavy dust. Would not stay here again unless there were no other choices available.

Property manager was excellent and was the only person able to give directions to arrive safely and divert around road closures in the area from flooding. great in facilitating a very late check-in as well

Clean room. Great that there were some cooking facilities in the room. I had a lovely peaceful sleep and I loved the shower. The shower was roomy, plenty of hot water and was high enough for a taller person to be comfortable.
