The house was beautiful. It looked exactly like the pictures. The location, right directly on the beach, was perfect! Loved the double decks…and especially the swing!

It was not clean! Had a very large cockroach in a bedroom on the first night. Child sized toilet was difficult for adults to use. Fitted sheets on the king sized bed were too small and would not stay on, resulting in my having to get up multiple times every night to adjust them to make sure I wasn’t sleeping on wadded up sheets. The website advertised it as having a dvd player so we brought movies to watch but no dvd player could be found. But the worst was the kitchen. No foil or plastic wrap…only parchment paper. No potholders. The house says it sleeps 11 but there were only 4 bowls, 6 coffee cups, 3 drinking glasses, and inadequate silverware. As a result, with only 3 people, we had to repeatedly wash dishes all day every day just to have enough dishes to get through the day…and we only ate 2 meals at the house each day. In the kitchen, we found sand in a measuring cup in the cabinet. Also, we found a plastic pitcher with a lid in a different cabinet and the pitcher had about 2 inches of some sort of moldy liquid in it and the mold had started to grow up the insides of the pitcher. And lastly, when looking for a pot, we discovered a dirty, greasy skillet in the lazy Susan with other pots stacked on top of it! I have photos to document these finds. The cleaning service you use is woefully inadequate and I think you need to seriously reevaluate that company!
